I love the styling, and the fit of this car seat. I especially like the fact that I used it almost throughout his childhood before I had to replace it. Ease of Installation I experienced great difficulty in installing this product in the vehicle. It was extremely aggravating to put in and I am so glad that I only have to do this once with this specific unit Child's Comfort My youngest child loved unit particular car seat. He pretended to be driving in his seat. He seemed to be very comfortable in this car seat. Support and Safety I gave it an 8 because you have to be very careful when installing to make sure that the harness is on tight as it will tip over as you are turning corners, especially if you are at a certain speed. Ease of Use I had no issues using it once I actually got it installed. Design I like the design of this car seat, very sleek and modern and fits my child perfectly. Durability Very durable so far. After my son grew out of it, it was still in good enough condition to pass onto someone else to get some use out of it.

This is an amazing car seat, period. Its expensive, but to me you cannot put a price on safety for your child. My little girls loves this car seat too. Its comfortable, and pretty easy to get apart when it needs cleaning. My only complaint to this was installation is not very easy...its not hard, but not as easy as other car seats as we have tried. Safety 1st did it right with this design. My favorite part is the head support for the child. They used real gel inserts for any accidents, plus helps the child when they sleep, it gives their head great support. There are multiple slots to adjust the straps for your growing baby, and actually adjusting it is very simple. We all know how fast our kids grow. The latch supports for cars are really great, although sometimes the buckle doesn't want to loosen when you are either taking it out or just adjusting it. All in all this is a great buy, and if safety is your first priority like mine is, you will not be disappointed.

We use this seat for my oldest daughter and I love the fact that it grows with her and it is a great investment since you can use it for a long time. Ease of Installation Although my husband does the installation most of the time. I've done it quite a few times myself and the adjustable latches make it easy to loosen the latches that hook onto the back of the seat in the car and the latches that hook onto the bar under the car seat, so that you can easily latch and unlatch them. Then you just tighten them so they're safe and secure. Child's Comfort My daughter has never had any complaints about the comfort of the seat. We have taken long road trips and she has easily fallen asleep during the drive. Support and Safety In my opinion I think the seat is very supportive where it needs to be and keeps my child safe during a drive. As long as all the latches are secure and everything is in the recommended spots on your child (i.e. chest clip and shoulder straps) the seat is safe and secure. Ease of Use My daughter is no old enough that she can pretty much latch herself in while I get her younger sister latched in and then I come to her side and tighten everything up. There is a button in the front to loosen the straps when needed, and strap in the front to tighten them. Design It is a basic design, nothing to extravagant or fancy. But the way the car seat is made up, it does the job it needs to do. Durability I actually was passed down this car seat from a friend. So it is definitely durable and a great car seat if you have kids that will be outgrowing one car seat in time for the next to move into this one.

The safety 1st all in one convertible car seat was the best over all car seat I've ever purchased for my child. I first purchased this car seat when my child was one years of age. My child is now three years of age and still has room to grow in this car seat. I love it and I would recommend this to anyone. One of the main reason I purchased this was because my child has a cochlear implant next to his ear. If I was to get into a wreck this car seat not only will save his life but it helps protect his head and his implant. The air support I feel was a great idea and should be built in all car seats. This car seat has adjustable growing levels. Very easy to adjust. You just pulled inward on two push levers on the too front of the car seat and the straps move with it. Not to heavy and simply great. Ease of Installation Very easy to install in your vehicle. Took me about four minutes total. Child's Comfort My son loves it. I can tell his comfort level is a ten just because he's out before I leave the house.

We have had this car seat for 2 years now. I wouldn't say that it's the nicest car seat out there but for what we paid for it, I feel like we have gotten our money's worth. It is kind of a pain to mount into the car, so I wouldn't get it if we had to move it all the time. But we just have it in there permanently so it's fine. My daughter doesn't complain about this but the seat is not very soft. It would not be very comfortable for longer car rides. But like I said, she doesn't complain. We've been fortunate enough not to have to test its ability to keep her safe in an accident but it seems really secure in there. It doesn't move around at all. And the harness is pretty easy to do up. I gave this seat a 4 because of the comfort level. Everything else is good, I think.

I really like this carseat, as does my 21-month-old daughter. It has been very durable, and it seems extremely comfortable for her. It is lightweight enough for me to switch it easily between cars, and we have used it for airplane travel as well. Ease of Installation Very easy to install, whether using the metal clips installed in the backseats of cars or using the seatbelts. Child's Comfort My daughter seems quite comfortable in this carseat and falls asleep in it fairly often. The sides are padded well, and her head leans on them comfortably. Support and Safety Thankfully, I haven't had any true tests of the seat's safety, as I haven't had any accidents. But I have no reason to believe my daughter wouldn't be safe if something did happen. Ease of Use Very easy to use and to get my daughter strapped in. Design Not too bulky, but big enough to feel like my daughter is well-protected. Durability Very good so far! My daughter has been using it for over a year, and it has been great. She still has a lot of room to grow into it as well, so we plan on having this seat for years. Plus, I have a 2.5-week-old son, who may get some use out of it as well!

We had such a hard time installing this car sear in the rear-facing position that we gave up...it was supposed to go in my in-laws car. I would recommend taking this to a car seat clinic, a place where they will safely install the car seat safely for you. The seat looks very nice and is dark so it will hide things that get spilled on it...but it's deceiving. It is doesn't weigh much so it would be good to transfer between vehicles or take on an airplane. It doesn't have alot of padding so I wouldn't recommend putting baby in it for long car rides. Ease of Installation So difficult to install rear-facing. Child's Comfort Not much padding. Design Material is dark.

My parents bought this carseat when my daughter had outgrown her infant car seat. It is very nice and comfortable. I think it harnesses to 50 pounds which is better than alot of carseats out there. Once you are done with the harness it can turn into a belt positioning booster seat. I think it goes up to 100 pounds as a booster. It is very large and awkward for facing rear. In my car (a Chevy Blazer) I had to put the front passenger's seat all the way forward so no one was allowed to ride in the fron seat when it was rear facing. It fits very nicely forward facing. I find the straps get tangled alot and I am not sure if it is the carseats fault or operator error! I know it is a pain to have to fix everytime you put the child in the seat...especially if it is raining. THe straps are hard to tighten and loosen as needed too. I find that my daughter's head flops over alot if she falls asleep in the car. I keep looking for another carseat but they all seem to have a drawback...one way or another. Overall, not bad for the value.

As a brand new grandma, I am very interested in the items that my new grandson is in or on, so I ask lots of questions of the new parents. This seat - Safety 1st All-in-One was a gift. It is for infants, toddlers, and youth. They registered it after looking into its safety and durability. It is sturdy enough to be around for the years it will be needed! The color of this one is gray --- a good neutral to go with the car. It is reasonably simple to install (none of the modern seats are really easy, it seems!) so it can be moved from car to car if needed. I like the fabric lining of the seat --- back in "my day" the seats were vinyl and became very hot when left in the car - this seems so much safer and more comfortable for my grandson - Sorry I just can't say "my grandson" enough! I am impressed with the harness system - it seems quite easy to adjust. And I truly appreciate the side impact feature --- though I sincerely hope it will NEVER be tested! If it is good enough for my grandson (smile), I feel good about recommending it for your child or grandchild!

We got this for our baby before we knew what sex she was, so the light brown color with green trim was great, and will work for a boy if we decide to have another child.  I am a big fan of the fact that the car seat can be used for tiny newborns up to much larger children.  The part of the all in one that I really enjoy is the stroller, as you can clip the car seat onto the special bar that is included when they are small and it's more like a buggy, then when they're older you can use the stroller on its own and it even has a reclining feature so baby can nap while you stroll. There is a spacious under carriage compartment to stash blankets/jackets etc... I like to use ours when we're shopping in the grocery store, I just put my items down there and use the stroller as a basket.  The carseat will clip onto wire grocery carts, too, and baby can watch you while you shop, although with taller carts and shorter moms this doesn't work as well.
