I just got this bed the other day and I could instantly tell a huge difference. Woke up this morning for the first time since my car accident with NO back pain. I slept all through the night finally with out waking up. And my wife told me I haven't been snoring either lol. Was skeptical about memory foam at first. But a short few days later I WILL NEVER own another type of bed again. I recommend this bed to everybody. Only downfall is that its not a King size bed. We have had a King bed since we been together (almost 6 yrs) so going from that to a Queen we lost about 3 feet of bed :( but I would give up another foot if I had to for this amount of comfort and great nights sleep. Comfort Absolutely the BEST Firmness Just perfect. Durability Would give this a 10 but only had a few days. But there is no doubt that this will last for years to come.

Went to store to buy a pillow-top mattress. When we looked around and tried laying on different ones none seemed to feel like "the right one" for us. We were just about to leave the store when the salesman asked if we had any interest in a memory foam mattress. We had never really thought about one, so told the salesman "we'll try it". Well when we both laid down on it, I'm not kidding, it was amazingly comfortable. I didn't really sink down into it, yet it conformed to my body shape and felt amazing! We bought it and for almost two years have been in love with it. Even now when we go somewhere else to spend a night we both comment that we miss our mattress. The only drawback that I have experienced is that it seems to retain heat. This is great for my husband who is cold blooded, but I am not and find myself having to throw my leg out from under covers or throw off the blanket during the night to help me maintain a comfortable cooler temperature. I have read and heard from others the same thing. I can live with it though, because the comfortable memory foam support outweighs the warmth it retains. Comfort Have never had a mattress that is so comfortable when I lay down. Support The support is amazing. It allows my body to sink into the foam (only a slight amount) and that results in no pressure points getting sore or achy during the night. It also is supportive enough so that when one of us gets in or out of bed while the other is sleeping we don't wake each other! I wouldn't try the wine glass test that some memory foam companies advertise, but it doesn't make either of us roll to the center when one gets up. Firmness The firmness is hard to express. It isn't pillow soft, yet it isn't so firm that it feels like a board. I guess, like the Three Bears...it's just right! Durability Being only two (going on three) years old, it has given us no reason to complain. I have turned it on two occasions to keep it from remembering each of our shapes, but honestly don't think I really needed to do that.

This bed is definitely memory foam and at first I thought this was going to be the best bed we had ever owned. However, 2 yrs later we are so ready for a different bed. It is not good for people with back or hip problems for sure. It sinks down too far and you feel like you slept on the floor when you wake up. Hard to get out of too with back and hip problems. The worse thing about it is that if you don't have a special/custom sheet on it, it gets so hot that we have to take covers off and turn fans on in the middle of the night in the dead of winter. Not what we had expected but it is comfortable...for a little bit. Comfort Comfortable for the first couple months until we realized that this is just too soft and not the right bed for people with back and hip problems. Gets super hot wherever you're laying within minutes. Support Does not support chronic back and hip problems. Our kids love it. We don't. Firmness Its too soft that it is not effective.Not firm at all in my opinion. It feels firm at first but then within a half hr of laying in it your basically molded into the bed. Durability Seems pretty durable. Has held up through multiple moves as we move around alot so that is a plus but the one thing I can't stand about this bed is that if you spill anything on it, you better have something right next to the bed to effectively clean it up asap or it will be absorbed into the mattress permanently within 5 minutes or less.

I was sleeping on and old pillow top mattress and would always wake up before dawn with my back hurting so bad I would have to roll out of bed to get to my feet. Now I have the Serta True Response Memory Foam mattress and I fall asleep almost instantly and always sleep through until my alarm wakes me, with my back feeling great! My partner also loves the true response and and says he wouldn't have anything else. now we can both sleep well on our backs or cuddled into each other and wake the next day ready for whatever the day has to offer. Comfort The serta memory foam is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! Support The support is wonderful, since I have a bad back anyway but now I get the sleep I need and my back gets rested. Firmness The firmness is great, it is very soft but at the same time I can hardly feel myself sinking any at all. Durability The serta true response memory foam is a solid foam mattress and is 100 percent durable.

I love this bed. About eight months ago I broke my back in a car accident. As such, I found my current mattress to be very uncomfortable. When searching for a new mattress, I tried many out, and this one was the only one I truly enjoyed and felt comfortable in. I could never imagine going back to any other mattress. It is funny because when I go to hotels I actually miss my bed at home and wish I was there sleeping. I would never go back, and I have zero complaints about this mattress. I would recommend it to anyone! Comfort This mattress is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on, and my husband feels the exact same way. We both get a great night's sleep. Support This bed is very supportive, and I feel as though it fully supports me during my night's sleep. Firmness This bed is firm enough to sleep on and still feel comfortable. You will not sink in too much, but it is also not like a stiff board. Durability I have not had this bed for a full year yet, but I have had no problems with any wear and tear. I anticipate it will be very durable!

This is my first memory foam mattress and I love it! Due to multiple spinal surgeries I need a firm mattress. I wasn't sure that a memory foam mattress would be firm enough. I was pleasantly surprised. This high quality mattress allows me to sink into comfort. I now enjoy luxurious sleep all night long. Comfort I have a queen mattress that is great for my husband, myself and our two dogs. We all sleep well. The memory foam absorbs movements so we don't disturb each other as our conventional mattress used to.

Great value - this mattress was lower priced than other Memory Foam mattresses we looked at, between multiple stores. My husband and I wake up at different times, but barely notice any movement. Husband had multiple back issues prior to purchasing the new mattress, and many of the problems have been relieved. This mattress is great for back sleepers or side sleepers. The mattress seems very stiff at first compared to a pillow-top mattress, but overall very comfortable and my husband and I both have great full night sleep. Support Great overall support. Mattress is designed to mold to your body. Two people sleep on the same bed, but both are equally supported. Firmness Mattress seems very firm, but this is just compared to prior pillow-top products we have used. Firm, but memory foam is overall very comfortable! Durability Have only had mattress for about four months, but overall very satisfied with product. Hope the mattress will be in great shape for many years to come!

my husband and I used to wake up every morning with aches and pains - especially in our backs. We finally got a new mattress, hoping it would help. The memory foam we got has helped so much!! we both back up pain free and the mattress molds to your body even when you move around. I really do not feel my husband move around at night and we are both so happy to be able to get out of bed, in the morning, without back pain. Durability we just a got our mattress a few months ago so I do not know about it's durability, yet

I absolutely love memory foam. This mattress is great, since it comes from the famous Serta brand. I have an awful back that spasms. My girlfriend does too. We bought this from one of our local rent-to-own furniture stores. It was a great buy. I don't regret it one bit. My back pain as well as my girlfriends back pain has reduced tremendously... plus, it is sinfully comfortable. Comfort Sinfully comfortable! Hands down, the best mattress I've ever slept on. The moment you place yourself on the mattress all your pressure disappears. It's a great, releasing feeling. After a few nights of sleeping on the memory foam, you'll notice at least a small difference in your back pain (depending on how severe your condition is). Support The mattress fully supports your body in whichever position you like to relax or sleep in. You don't sink in like most people would think, the foam form fits to your body creating zero stress on your spine & other muscles. I sleep on my sides only, it gives me the best nights of sleep I have had in years. Firmness In my opinion, the Serta Memory Foam mattress is of perfect firmness. It's not very firm & it's not very soft either. It's right in the middle, where it should be. Durability This mattress is great, so easy to move with as well. The box spring actually is cut into two pieces, length of the bed. It is ever so simple to move with. The mattress itself isn't even that heavy, one person can easily move it room to room. I move around a ton while I sleep and while awake just relaxing. Even if I twist myself a bit too hard, I still have lots of lenience because it's so sturdy it won't break with just a movement.
