Shaklee Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate has made a huge shift in the way I think about cleaning products and how these affect the health of my family. My friend introduced me to the Shaklee line of products a few years ago and I have been slowing transitioning to using more and more Shaklee products in my home each year. I have two young children, and it is important that the cleaning products I use in my home are safe for their little bodies. The thing I love the most about Shaklee Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate is that it is an all natural product. I feel comfortable wiping down chairs, countertops, bathroom fixtures, and the children's toys with this cleaner. This cleaner does not contain harsh chemicals or ingredients that will hurt my children. I also love how long this bottle of cleaner has lasted over the past several years. You simply mix a cap of concentrate with warm water, and you are ready to clean. I anticipate the bottle of concentrate will last me for a number of years to come. Overall, I am very impressed with the performance of Shaklee Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate. I highly recommend this product to families with young children. You really can't go wrong with the Shaklee line of products.

I love this stuff! It is a bit on the expensive side when you buy the bottle, but it is very concentrated and lasts forever. Plus, it replaces so many of your other cleaners. You just purchase this (and Basic G) and you are set. I have a couple of spray bottles that I purchased from Shaklee to mix up different concentrations of this product for different uses. I tried this as a degreaser (with Shaklee's "recipe") and I was not impressed. It did not work well as a degreaser. I use this as a window cleaner...works great! I clean my bathtubs with this and it works great (plus I know my daughter isn't soaking in a bathtub of toxic chemicals after I clean with it). It also works well to clean counters, toys, everything...seriously. You will not get any sudsing or lather with this product or a "fresh" scent, but in my opinion that's okay, those are things that are added (with chemicals) and make our cleaning products toxic in our homes. Scent There is no scent to this product. I have a sensitive nose so I am A-Ok with that.

I purchased a bottle in March 2011 after noticing my daughter having allergy attacks after I cleaned the house with other products. I researched and found the Shaklee products which are non-toxic and easy to use. I still have half a bottle left, as it's super concentrated. I purchased it with the 3 bottles for degreaser, all-purpose and windows; it came with a little teaspoon measure for the bottles. You simply put a few drops into the window; a 1/4 tsp into the all-purpose and 1 TBSP into the degreaser and mix with 16 ounces of water. A little really does go a long way. It cuts through everything on my stove when I use the degreaser. It's very efficient and much cheaper than buying cleaning products in the store (that are toxic and harmful). Plus, because I am buying from a distributor of the products, I'm basically helping someone be their own boss. Highly recommend if you are looking for great cleaning supplies that are good for the environment and easy on your wallet. Even Oprah loves Shaklee!

I have been trying to remove as many toxic cleaners from my home as possible. A friend of mine told me about Shaklee products and I gave them a shot, though I was cynical! Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate works well on SO many messes! Not only that, but it also has some non-traditional uses as well. I have used Basic H as an all-purpose cleaner (mix with water and spray- leave for 10 minutes then wipe it up), as a "goo be gone" type product (put a small amount of concentrated Basic H directly on the gunk, let sit, wipe away) and as a carpet cleaner for simple spills (thoroughly spray the Basic H, water solution on affected area, let sit, blot to dry.) I have also used Basic H as a mosquito repellant, even on a baby under a year old (spray concentrate directly on skin/clothing and/or place in palm and rub in.) It is a little sticky and it can give your skin a slightly dried out feeling, but showering immediately after coming inside tends to make that go away. It also doesn't really have a smell, so it's not like those obnoxious-smelling bug sprays. The best part is that it is an efficient cleaner that is SAFE and NATURAL. It isn't a disinfectant (so you'll still need a cleaner for that. I would recommend sticking with Shaklee!), and it is a bit pricey, but the concentrate really does go a long way, and it is so much better for the family and the environment than the majority of cleaners. Take it from a once, very cynical gal!

I am a cleaner, that much is true. I have tried all kinds of different cleaners on the market, both organic and non. Shaklee is one of my most recent trials, and I have mixed emotions about the product. On one hand, I am very pleased with the fact that it is nontoxic, odor free and chemical free. That makes me feel very comfortable about using it around the kids. It cleans well enough, leaving behind no residue or chemical smell on surfaces. I like that this product comes in a concentrate, so with one bottle of cleaner, I'm able to make MANY gallons of cleaner! However, on the other hand, I was really dissatisfied with how EXPENSIVE this product is. The price is fine, until shipping and etc. starts getting added in. I realize, that for organic quality such as this, the price paid will have to be a little higher, but goodness, I can get the same all natural cleaner at the store for less than what I'm paying after shipping and handling costs! I also felt that this product didn't clean AS WELL as regular products from the store. I just felt like I didn't get that great clean I get by using other products. Perhaps it's just me, but I really think that this product is overhyped.

This super-concentrated cleaner is non-toxic, which makes it a perfect choice for families with small children.  No matter how you think you put cleaners out of reach or in locked cabinets, that's no guarantee that the little ones won't find a way to grab them.  When cleaning with Shaklee Basic H2, there is no need to worry if you accidentally leave the spray bottle within reach of one child while dashing off to deal with an emergency with another one.  When cleaning the tub right before a bath, you don't have to worry about whether or not you've rinsed every speck of chemicals down the drain before filling the tub for your babies. That said, I'm not fond of it for every single cleaning job.  It doesn't work well on super-grubby bathtubs, for example.  For everyday wiping of surfaces, such as cleaning the toilet or sink, it's great.  I also use it on our laminate flooring with a microfiber mop, and it seems to work well.  Friends of ours also use it as a spray on fruit trees, something we're looking forward to trying this spring.  Again, the non-toxic nature of this product is its best feature.

a couple of years ago i was watching an episode of oprah talking about going green.  one product she profiled was the shaklee cleaning line.  she had a deal where you could get a good price for the whole line by going through her site.  decided to try it since i've been trying to be greener.  had tried some other "green" cleaners but was disappointed.  all the shaklee products worked well but the h2 multipurpose cleaner really excited me.  you just mix it in different strenghts to do different jobs. it is so concentrated that i'm only on my second bottle in years so it actually is economical as well.  i was so impressed with this i started talking about it at work and now have many people swearing by it.  my dealer suggested i start dealing myself so i signed up and now have my cleaners and vitamins (they have great vitamins too) paid for by my commission.  not making great money but that was not my plan. i'm a nurse and make fine money with my day job. but nice to be able to get myself and my house healthy for free.

This is a best multi purpose product I have every used.  In the summer months, we put it on full strength to keep the mosquitoes off the kids.  I put it on set in grease and other stains as a laundry pre treater.  A little bit goes a long way!

Shaklee Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate is so versatile, safe, and effective.  What I have been most impressed by so far has been its cleaning qualities for pet stains.  At times, my dogs vomit on our carpet which in the past has been without remedy.  Even professional cleaners at times cannot get the stains out.  I have finally found an effective solution.  In the even my dog vomits, I immediately dilute it with water and then blot with a towel.  I then spray a generous amount of the diluted Shaklee Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate on it and let it sit and soak with a towel covering it.  I blot after a while and repeat this until there is NO STAIN!  It is amazing.  There are hundreds of uses for this product and a little goes a long way.  When you calculate how far this product goes when it is diluted, it is actually very inexpensive.  And safe.  And effective.  Stop using other products and get this one.  I am not a dealer.  Just a fan.
