I got my Sharp R230K 800 Watt Microwave as a wedding gift over seven years ago. I have never had any trouble from this microwave whatsoever. It works as well now as it did the first day I used it. I like that it's small enough to easily fit anywhere in your kitchen, but it is still large enough to heat almost anything you would need to put into a microwave oven. It has many different settings so you can heat everything with the necessary heat and timing settings, without having to stand over it checking every few seconds to make sure it's not overheating or exploding! I have never had a microwave that has worked this well or lasted this long and from what I was told it was not expensive at all so if you're on a budget this is the microwave for you. It's almost good enough to replace your oven!

My husband bought our Sharp r230KW 800 Watts Microwave oven while we were engaged so we've been using it now for almost four years. In that time it has served us well. I never have a problem fitting dishes in and it does an adequate job of cooking or reheating food in my opinion. It is a smaller model so it has always fit well in the various kitchens we've worked with during our marriage. My one complaint is that the plastic covering over the buttons is starting to bubble. All the buttons still work fine so it's purely a cosmetic issue but a slight issue nonetheless. We've been extremely pleased with the performance of this microwave, especially considering the small price we paid. It has proven to be a great value for the price.
