Its a really good exfoliant, very hydrating and moisturizing. You can use it on your whole body if you want to. It reminds you of most scrubs but this one is truly amazing in that its all natural stuff and smells wonderful. Keeps the hands looking very youthful. I even think its minimizing my little hand scar some...only time will tell.
