Powerful Cleaning Product

5

Soft Scrub Gel with Bleach works great! I use it to clean the grout in my shower area and it only needs to sit on for a minute and then I can literally wipe it clean! The bleach smell can be a bit strong, but I will take it if it ensures my bathroom looks and smells clean. I would gladly recommend this the cleaning product for those looking for something effective and trusted. Performance I think product works great! I do not spend time scrubbing tile or grout. I literally put the Soft Scrub Gel on the area that needs to be cleaned. I let it sit for a minute or two and then I simply wipe it away with a sponge. It makes cleaning effortless. Scent This gel smells very clean. It is has a very strong bleach smell. It can be a bit overwhelming if you use too much of it. However, I will gladly take the bleach smell if I it means I can rest assured that my bathroom is clean and sanitized. I welcome the bleach scent!

Cleans the hardest of bathrooms to clean

5

Our bathroom is a little difficult to keep clean. Our building was built in the 70's so everything in it has fixtures from back then. And that includes the tub, toilet and sink. Don't laugh but the sink has the "made to look exotic and chic" gold sparkles baked into the enamel. Ahhh, the 70's. I really don't miss that era at all when it comes to decorating. At least the builders didn't choose lemon yellow or lime green fixtures. Anyway, because of the age, there are 30+ years of stains and water deposits so it can be a challenge to clean or keep clean. When I bought Soft Scrub Gel With Bleach, I was hoping the Bleach would remove or at least reduce the stains with the least amount of Bleach-y smell. The first time I used it, it reduced the hard water stains a lot, better than I ever expected it to. I used it again a few days later because I didn't want the house being overpowered by bleach and it reduced the stains even more. Five cleanings later and the stains are pretty much all gone. I was excited!! I love this stuff. If the odor could be reduced a little more, I would love it even more.

Soft Scrub Gel Love it**

I have used Soft Scrub Gel for years. If I could only have 1 cleaning product, I believe this would be it. I prefer it over the other soft scrub products which i personally have found they leave a residue with some grit, I cant stand a residue it makes me have to clean again. This is such a multi purpose product I do not know of anywhere I would not use it, Ok perhaps 1 - not on a carpeting ( the bleach would take out the color).I have an old white porcelain sink which the finish is on but it is old. Soft scrub Gel makes any stain I have encountered dissapear with no damage to the finish ever. and leaves it glistening white. I use as a complete bathroom cleaner. in the kitchen, on my walls. Lately I have had some trouble finding this product at some retailers, But I have hunted it down. I even went to a store that was closing near me and bought out their entire stock that is how much I use this product. Give it a try but do not buy it all

Best cleaner for deep cleaning!

4

I have tried many types of bathroom cleaners and this is by far the best one I have found. I have found that when I really need to get something clean I use the soft scrub. I like the original kind pretty well, but for some reason I am partial to the gel. The original sometimes would get clogged and have a hard time coming out of the bottle, but I haven't had that problem at all with the gel. I like that I can use it to clean almost anything-toilet, tub, sink or the kitchen sink. I like that I know something is clean after I use this product. It does wonders on soap scum and other items that need deep cleaning. There are two things that I don't love about this product. The first is that it doesn't smell that great. I don't love the smell after something is cleaned. It just smells like bleach. The second thing I don't like is that because it has bleach in it, I have to be very careful about not getting any of it on clothing items, towels, or bath rugs. But overall this product is great.

Sink Sparkler!

5

I have tried many cleaners over the years and this is one of my staples. It has to be the gel with the bleach and not the other Soft Scrub cleaners as they do not work as well as this one.  It is the only one that can get stains off of my porcelain sink. You do have to make sure you start scrubbing quickly or it will makes streaks but here is what I do-I take the nozzle and start at the top of the sink and "outline" if you will the perimeter and then work my way down the sink and then to the bottom of it. I immediately start scrubbing with my pre-dampened sponge (non-abrasive) and give the sink a good scrubbing making sure to not leave any spots untouched (don't wan't streaks or discoloration) and then I let is sit for a coupole of minutes depending on how stained my sink is. Then I start rinsing and continue to scrub with the sponge. Beautiful!  The smell is all that great so if you have company coming over, do it earlier in the day.

Soft Scrub does a number on dirty dishes, not your hands!

Palmolive brand products have always been my favorite weapons in the never-ending Battle of the Kitchen Sink, and recently I have been using both the anti-bacterial dishwashing liquid and this new Soft Scrub Gel with Bleach, which was designed for scrubbing dishes and pots without either scratching surfaces or leaving powdery residues like that old favorite -- but now obsolescent -- Comet scrubbing powder. Just as Palmolive's marketing division claims, Soft Scrub Gel with Bleach is "Tough on Grease, Soft on Hands." It works well against, say, the stubborn stuck-on residue from the lasagna you had for dinner this evening. You know how tough the baked-in sauce-meat-and-cheese remainders can be to remove, especially if it has been sitting there for a bit. I used to think getting such stuff off a dish or a baking dish would take nothing short of using a nuclear bomb, but by using the required tools (a damp but not soaked sponge or cloth, a quarter-sized amount of Soft Scrub Gel with Bleach, and some physical effort -- scrubbing, of course), I can very handily dislodge the greasiest, stickiest food residue without using too much water -- the instructions clearly state that the product works best with little water. Just rinse the excess, looser grime away, place the quarter-sized amount of Super Scrub Gel on the sponge, cloth or even on the dish and scrub. When done, rinse the dish, baking pan, or casserole and move on to the next item to be cleaned. Of course, the more versatile a cleaning product, the better it is. Super Scrub can be used to clean the pots, pans, and dishes I mentioned, but it can also clean kitchen surfaces, including the popular but delicate glass-top stoves. The trick here is to avoid scratching the glass, so follow the directions and use small amounts. Not only will those kitchen surfaces be clean and sanitary, but also you can save money by not having to get those "specialized" stovetop cleaners.

does the job

I've always used Soft Scrub and I'm always pleased with the result.  I like the feel of this gel better than the white Soft Scrub, and it does just as good of a job.  It does tend to splash and immediately destroys clothes, so you have to be appropriately dressed for the task.  Since it does such a good job, you don't really need to use a lot of it and it lasts quite awhile.  The smell isn't too bad either.  Not too overpowering or anything.  I use it on sinks and the toilet and counter tops, and it removes most of the spots and gunk and dirt really cleanly.  And it really does feel clean when you're done.  The white Soft Scrub stuff feels a little gritty if it doesn't wash away completely, which isn't a big deal, but this stuff seems to come off more cleanly.  It does a great job on the shower as well.  I guess if you're just looking for a good cleaner that will do the task, then Soft Scrub should suit you well.

Soft Scrub gel works great

I find soft scrub gel with bleach to be very universal. I use it in my kitchen to clean my sinks and use it on the outside of appliances such as the toaster to clean it and give it a nice shine. I then take it in the bathroom to use on the bathtub and it gets rid of the water stains very well.
