This should be your go to! I love this hand soap. Not only does it smell amazing, but it leaves my skin feeling great and clean. It's not too harsh on your skin, so it's perfect for daily use. It really sucks that they discontinued this product.

Good smelling hands are very important, so choosing the right soap can be worthwhile. As an overall company, Softsoap is a great soapmaker, and they are my overall favorite brand. The scent of this particular soap smells very nice. It is a sweet smelling type of fragrance, but it is fairly faint compared to many other versions of Softsoap soaps. I would definitely recommend any Softsoap brand to another person, however as with all things pertaining to this subject, there are preferences to how you want your hands to smell. Personally, I would recommend a different scent by Softsoap, however it is an opinion based choice. I feel as though my hands come away very clean and soft-feeling after I use this soap as I do with all versions of Softsoap. I haven't had any problems or complaints with this soap. 93/100 = A-/A Effectiveness The soap works quite nicely, however I'm not an expert on knowing how well it cleans on a scientific level. My hands feel good after using it, so that is an added bonus. 48/50 Scent While I don't have any major complaints about the scent, it doesn't smell great, so a nine is where I would put the soap at. 45/50

I love Softsoap hand soaps, I've been using them for years and years. I usually keep one in each of my bathrooms, and in my kitchen. My absolutely favorite Softsoap is this shea butter hand soap, but the scents are just as good as this one. It smells amazing, it lathers up to give you a deep clean, and it moisturizes your hands with the shea butter so they don't get dry quickly. I wash my hands A LOT so this soap is everything that I look for. I have dry sensitive hands that get cracked easily, and this soap is gentle enough not to irritate my skin. Most soaps usually burn my hands, but this soap soothes them. It also doesn't leave my hands feeling sticky after I wash them like some soaps do. It's also decently priced for a hand soap. Effectiveness This Softsoap gives a big lather, keeping my hands deeply cleaned and moisturized. It helps to keep the bacteria away, and it helps me from getting sick often. Scent I love the smell of shea butter. It's really sweet and soft but not too overbearing. It has kind of a cocoa butter smell to it. If you don't like shea butter, there are plenty of other scents of Softsoap for everyone.

I've been very pleased with Softsoap's Shea Butter hand soap. It looks and feels very luxurious. It is creamy and has a pearl-like appearance. There are little moisture beads inside the soap, too. The soap smells very pleasant, too. I've used it in the bathroom at work for several years and at home. Since I wash my hands a lot at work, I have found that using Softsoap Shea Butter hand soap has helped my hands look and feel more moisturized. I don't get the dry, irritated hands that I used to with other hand soaps. It has been a great solution. I also like that the soap comes in large refills, which makes it economical. I highly recommend this product, especially for people who have to wash their hands a lot. Effectiveness Gently cleans your hands, without drying them out. Feels rich, creamy, and soft on your skin. Leaves your hands clean and moisturized. Scent Has a soft, more mild scent. I think it is nice.

First off I should say that I have bought many, many varieties of Softsoap Hand Soaps over the course of ten years living on my own. I used to buy all of the expensive hand soaps from the specialty shops until I found Softsoap. It is so inexpensive, but really gets the job done right. The scents don't stay with you as long as many of the more expensive ones do, but that's not really necessary for me, especially since I am on a budget. Softsoap Shea Butter smells pretty good. Nothing that I haven't had a scent of before, but it is pleasant. The soap formula is great too - not too sticky and thin and not too thin. It lathers up great and your hands feel noticably clean after use. Which is exactly what you'd want with any hand soap! I would be more bummed that they discountinued the scent if it smelled a little more unique. Effectiveness I really felt like it got my hands good and clean everytime I used it. Scent The Shea Butter was not my favorite scent, but it still smelled good.

Softsoap Shea Butter Hand Soap lets you wash your hand many times throughout the day while keeping them more comfortably moisturized than a regular hand wash. The shea butter really works to help keep hands from becoming overly dry. I still use a good hand lotion after using this hand wash, but I dont need as much as usual. I find this softsoap hand wash to be extra long lasting because you only need to use a little bit at a time. The price and the quality of the product make this a good value for me. It also does not irritate skin, it smells good, and the bottle looks nice on the counter tops of the kitchen and bathroom. Effectiveness This handsoap cleans and moisturizes well. Scent Very nice scent. Not too strong.

I love using the Softsoap shea products. They have it in soap form and body wash as well. This soap is not expensive first of all. And it's even better to buy it in bulk. I like to get this in bulk from a wholesale club because I know for sure that I'll always use it. They have a good variety in the scents available, apart from shea butter. The soap lather up well and is really soft and cleans off quickly and easily so that you don't waste time rubbing it off. There is never any residue leftover on my hands. And my hands don't feel dry after using it throughout the day. It's a great basic soap that's not cheap/ tacky quality, and very affordable. I would definately recommend this to people. I have a bottle of it at every sink, even in teh guest bathrooms because it's so easy for them to use. The body wash form is also jsut as great. they both have a creamy texture that make smy sin feel smoother.

I recieved the Softsoap Nutru Serums in the mail to try and review and I love it! It really soaps up alot! That is something I like in body wash! The fragrance isn't so overpowering that I could smell it all day! So if you are a person that doesn't like strong perfume smells this is the one for you!!

I used this in the shower in a pinch... and because it smelled like it would go with my lotion :P It was great!  I bought the ginormous re-fill bottle and used this alone as my body wash for years!  I can't find the big bottle any more... and I use other soaps that go with new lotions (I'm not a beach bunny any more... sigh) but I would still suggest this to anyone who just likes the smell.  It's moisturizing but gentle enough for fairly sensative skin! Enjoy!
