This chair is amazing, I've used it with countless kiddos that I've nannied so when I had my own baby I knew I had to buy this high chair for him too. I found mine at a good price secondhand, since brand new it is incredibly expensive. I was so excited, but when we got home and I got the chair set up I realized that they have newer infant seats that have the back support, and that the older chairs don't accomodate to this new and improved feature for our little ones. I'm really upset that this wasn't more conveniently advertised when I was researching buying this high chair. Now I'm going to have to sell my current chair, and repurchase a newer one, because I really want my little one to have the comfort and support that the infant back support chairs provide while babies are young, and still getting used to sitting upright on their own.

When I first saw this high chair, I thought it was probably the coolest high chair that I had ever seen in my life, now that I own it, I know that it is the coolest high chair that they make. I bought this four years ago when my daughter was a baby and I liked that it took up a lot less space and was not huge and bulky like most conventional high chairs that you can buy are. It is very expensive, but I have found that it has been worth every penny that I spent on it. I have used this with my four year old for all four years, she still uses it to this day. I like that I can pull it right up to the table and she gets to be there and a part of our family sitting at the same level as us, she is not way up in a high chair, she is right next to us eating off of the table and spending time with us. The wood is very easy to clean, I just use a little bit of dawn and a wet wash cloth and everything wipes down really easily. My kids have spent many hours climbing all over this, using it as a stool and who knows what else and it has withstood all of that and still looks and performs the same way it did the day it was brand new. It will be the only high chair you ever need and will last through multiple children!

We settled on the Stokke after spending a lot of time looking at our options. We are now 4 years into using it and are now using for our second child. I love so many things about it! First, there are so many colors to choose from that you can definitely find one to fit your style/home. Secondly, I love that it looks like a piece of normal furniture and not some obnoxious piece of baby equipment. Thirdly, it can easily grow with your child so you won't need to buy additional seating options as you child moves from stage to stage. It also has so many accessory options (we love the tray). It is a slim profile so it doesn't take up a lot of room. It can be pulled right up to the table so baby can always be a part of what is happening. It is so easy to wipe clean. My only small complaint is that it takes a little work to adjust it from size to size, but that is more than worth it when you look at all the great qualities it has

My wife loves the Tripp Trapp for our twins. She looked into getting them when our girls were very young and we both just balked at the pricetag. When we went through several cheap, poorly-designed booster seats, we decided that we would finally make the investment and try the highly reputed Stokke chairs. We bought them when the girls were a little over two years old. I have to say, this purchase was completely worth it. We both regret not buying them from the beginning and saving ourself the aggravation of the cheaper chairs. The Stokke Tripp Trapp is excellent quality, it looks great with the rest of our kitchen furniture and it does it's job beautifully. It brings our children right up to the table at the perfect height, while allowing them to plant their feet firmly on the lower platform giving them the the perfect ergonomic angle for eating or doing school work. Our children are four and a half and we will be using the Tripp Trapps for years to come. Save yourself some frustration and start our with the best highchair to begin with!

We love love love our Tripp Trapp. Its one of the few baby products on the market that has a pretty stiff price tag, but is totally worth every penny. We originally had a chicco poly high chair but after dealing with the amount of space that it took up and trying to clean every little crevice, I was just done with it. After researching several models on the market the Stokke seemed like the solution to every problem we had. It is super easy to clean, the chair slides right up to the dining room table, and the best part of all, its not an eye sore in our dining room. When guests walk into our home they often dont even realize its a high chair. Another plus to the item is that you can have your child join you at the dinner table and not be off in their own chair. We have so enjoyed having our child at the table with us at meal times. It is very well made, easy to assemble, and the pros to this product cannot be beat.

I love how the Tripp Trapp looks, but my son always climbs out of it because there isn't a secure harness. Also, without the built-in tray, our kitchen table is taking a beating. If we could do it over, I would have bought a more traditional high chair.

We bought this seat last year when I noticed that my 4 year old was so fidgety at the table.  I had heard of these seats but the price tag made me think I would never buy one - however, when I realized how much a regular chair cost, and saw that this could be used all the way up to adulthood, I reconsidered.  With 9 in our family, when we have company over we can always use extra seats, so I splurged and bought a Stokke.  It was wonderful!  My son was so comfortable and so much more still at the table, and he was the right height instead of always getting up on his knees.  I also had a 2 year old, and thought it would be great for him as well, but just wasn't up to spending the money on two of these chairs.  I bought a cheaper imitation, and while it functions fine, it is obviously cheaply made and I can tell it will not last as long as the Stokke.  I plan to have this seat well into my grandmothering years, and look forward to many grandchildren sitting in this seat!

We went through about 6 booster seats before we found this the pricetag is high but worth every cent. A must if you have more than one toddler. When we received it in the mail, I put it together in about 1 hour time. My son hopped up in the seat it butts up under the lip of our table. The perfect booster seat and it grows with them.I also use it as a ladder when I need to reach something high in the kithcen.I highly reccommend this seat for all parents

This is the best durable child seat that I have every seen. After buying one for my son when I still lived in Europe, I immediately bought two when my girls where born in the USA.My children still use them and they are now 6 and 4 (x2). The chair fits any table, and because you can buy them in different colors it will fit any color scheme in the house. The available colors also make it easier to give each child their own color. The material is extremely strong, and the chair is also very comfortable. I sometimes even sit in one of the KinderZeats.

We've had the kinderzeat for over 2.5 years now (daughter is now 4.5 y/old). I love that she can join us on the table like a big kid when she was very young without feeling isolated and confined in a regular high chair with tray. My daughter can easily get in and out of this chair and push it in and out of the table too (I put some magnetic sliders at the bottom to slide even better on our hardwood flooring). It is a very sturdy chair and I figured it gives you the most bang for the buck considering that it can be used up to adulthood. Weight can handle up to 200 lbs. It is a beautiful and neat-looking chair. Doesn't scream "babyish" at all and it looks like it can blend in easily with my home dining decor because it is very trendy-looking. I have nothing but high praises for this quality furniture and I can see it to grow definitely with my kid all the way to adolescence. Heck, I even love to sit myself on it!
