A good for you diet
I have tried and succeeded going sugar free. I will say it is not easy at all. I felt grumpy for days in my case. I had a headache. I felt light headed. I craved all sorts of sweets. No one wanted to be around me. For breakfast I would have old fashion oatmeal cooked really creamy without adding anything to it. Very hard to stomach but I was very hungry so I ate it. It was very hard to eliminate corn from my diet. I love hot polenta and coconut oil popped popcorn. I can eat it morning noon and night. But then I would look like I was pregnant. Cornmeal raisin pancakes were also hard to part with. I wish I had the will power to continue this diet because it worked. I was sugar free for months until I slipped up and had popcorn. But I am trying now to abstain for corn and raisins right now. Bananas are no problem and pineapple too much work to slice up any way. I never use table sugar. The only sweetener I have used is stevia. I am even going to cut the stevia out too. You should always stop eating before 7 pm. I always drink four mason jars of water so I am never dehydrated. Just dropping the corn from my diet I saw a big difference in my appearance. I no longer had the pregnancy look. I would say that this diet works. I will succeed at it this time.
