Overall, This is a wonderful straightener. I would never use another one. I have tried other straighteners and they don't even scratch the surface with this one. If you are looking for a wet 2 dry straightener it works wonders. I have not had a problem with this one at all. Everyone I ask about trying this product says its great. You can give it as a christmas gift, birthdays or just buy it for yourself. If you are one of those people that hate blow drying your hair than this would work for you. Effectiveness This product is very effective, It doesnt dry my hair out or cause damage. I love it because it knows how to do the job. I have let other people use my straightener and even they are surprised at the results, People just can't believe how good this thing works. Durability This is very durabile. If ever broke, just simply send it in and they will send you a new one. I have had mine for awhile and have no problems with it so far.

Works well but sometimes smokes the hair

I had purchased one of these a while back when my CHI broke and I needed a replacement quickly. I had previously owned a wet to dry straightener that was my favorite and I had for five years so I saw this brand and jumped at the chance to purchase. This straightener is very easy to use, the cords long enough, and it will help dry damp hair but I would suggest making sure your hair is almost completely dried with a few wet strands before using. If you use it on hair thats a few minutes out of the shower or towel dried, it will smoke your hair which will leave it feeling fried. I understand that these aren't meant for completely wet, showered hair but I've also never owned a wet to dry that doesnt smoke/fry or dry out hair. Effectiveness Will fry your hair if it's not almost completely dry. Its most effective on almost completely dried hair. Durability This straightener is durable. Dropped mine on the floor by accident a few times now and it hasn't broken yet.

Overall, A Nice Flat Iron

I purchased this flat iron after reading reviews online about how good a job it does on thick, unruly hair. I had never used a flat iron on wet hair before, so I was surprised to see steam rising from my hair. It even smelled a little like burnt hair, which was a big concern to me since my hair is already dry and damaged. I think it takes longer to dry my hair this way than it does to simply use a blow dryer then flat iron over it. It is a good flat iron though. It does what it says it should do, and it did tame my thick, unruly hair.

I have the T3 Wet to Dry Flat Iron. I love it and use it daily for my hair. I have long thick hair, so I always have to dry my hair then flat iron it. But after buying the T3 flat iron does an amazing job of smoothing it down straight from the shower, drying it as it goes, it works quickly, but doesn't burn my hair at all. The iron is wide which is handy for getting large sections. It's a little expensive but worth it if you're flat-ironing your hair every day.

Not a good product, invest in something that will work

I will admit that I used to not care about the health of my hair, and so I was drawn to this flat iron for it's convenience and cheap price tag. After a couple of uses though, I wanted my money back. The whole "wet to dry" feature is such a novelty, and hardly works. It takes forever to get your hair dry, you would be so much better off just blow-drying your hair and then flat-ironing it, because its much quicker and less damaging to your hair. And when you actually get your hair dry, its not necessarily straight. Turning the heat up all the way does not even help achieve the straight look, its more kind straight/more wavy. Just save your money and invest in something nicer. I have a hot tools product now that is so much better and will last longer!

Best investment for your hair.

I LOVE my T3. It's the only product that can hold my curls without any product. Even my hairdresser uses it. Effectiveness Heats up very fast, easy to use and doesn't take long for my full head of hair. Durability I've had mine for only about a year and it still works like brand new.

I have the Pink model of the T3 Wet to Dry Flat Iron. I love it and use it daily for my hair, which varies between chin-length and shoulder length.  However long my hair is, the T3 flat iron does an amazing job of smoothing it down straight from the shower, drying it as it goes.  The setting ranges from low to high, though I've only ever used high--it works quickly, but doesn't burn my hair at all. The iron part is wide as well, which it handy for getting large sections dried and straightened at the same time.  The plates run over the hair very smoothly as well, not causing any breaking or damage like some cheaper flat irons have. The customer service at T3 is amazing as well--my old one stopped working after about a year, and they sent me a new one free of charge, along with some T3 complementary styling products.  It's a pricy buy, but worth it if you're flat-ironing your hair every day.

T3 Wet to Dry Flat Iron

I purchased this wet to dry flat iron on sale, thinking that it would be a good back up in case something happened to my Chi. Well I loved this one so much that I ended up ditching the Chi and using this one all the time. I do not use the wet to dry feature, I feel like that may damage my hair too much. So I simply use it straighten my hair after blow drying. I have wavy, coarse hair and using this iron means that I do not have to go over the same spots of hair more than once, as I did with my old straightener.  I never feel like this iron gets my hair too hot, or makes my hair steam. I think that my hair is actually healthier than ever. I would recommend this to anyone that has curly or wavy hair, it works amazingly. I am sure that it works well for fine straight hair as well. I would suggest to anyone else to try using it wet to dry because I am sure that it works well that way too. It is a well made product though and I feel like the advertising they do is legit!

Wet to burnt flat iron

It was a very good straightner at first. Then after about six or seven uses of medium damp hair it became noticable that it was frying my hair alot more than other wet to dry straightners I have used in the past. It may have just been mine personally, since for some reason the edges of the plates turned brown and crispy but I eventually just had to throw it in the garbage! WASTED MONEY. honestly, most wet to dry will be :(

Wonderful flat iron!

My husband bought me the T3 Bespoke Wide Wet-To-Dry 1 3/4" Flat Iron for my birthday.  I've owned a handful of flat irons and had been complaining about how long it took to blow-dry and then flat iron my thick, slightly wavy hair.  The first few times I used the T3 flat iron, it dried and straightened my hair wonderfully.  I did have to run the iron over each section of hair a few times to make sure it was fully dry and straight but it left my hair soft and shiny.  Something other flat irons haven't been able to do.  I didn't have to blow dry my hair straight separately first before using the flat iron.  But after a while, I did notice my hair seemed flatter than usual and I missed the extra volume the blow-drying step gave.  So I'm back to blow drying and then flat ironing.  I do recommend making sure you use a good heat protectant for your hair.  I wasn't at first so I have a lot of split ends and have had to cut my hair.
