This machine is so far very good. It does not take up much space and therefore makes the perfect addition to your kitchen. I bought quite a few models of Tassimo, and they progressively get smaller, which is so great. They also appear to be improving in quality. My previous one never died and I just upgraded it to this newer model because it has a more modern sleek look. The functions are all regular and appear to be the same as the previous models. It comes with a cleaning disc to clean through the machine once in a while. The coffee pours very quickly in a fine straight line, unlike the keurig brand. You can remove the bottom tray if you are trying to fit in a thermos or large mug. The one negative would be the amount of noise these make, it is kind of loud when people are sleeping. Overall this machine is very good, durable, and stylish. Would recommend this to a friend.

Having also tried a Keurig, I ended up preferring this Tassimo machine. I really like what Tassimo offers both in brand names of coffee for their t-discs and the fact that the Tassimo machine makes lattes/cappuccinos which most of the others do not. The coffees brew well, consistent flavor and heat and easy to use. I dont use this everyday, I do find single cup to be too expensive to be my sole coffee maker but I do like it for the lattes and specialty coffees that taste better than what I can make from scratch on my own with brewed coffee. Brew Performance I haven't had any problems with the heat or consistency of the coffees made by the Tassimo machine. It also has a button for you to add extra hot water to your coffee if by chance you want a slightly weaker cup of coffee. Ease of Cleaning I'll be honest, I've had this coffee maker over 6 months and I havent yet had it tell me that it needs to be descaled. I was concerned about this part when I received it because I am not keen on having to buy special descaling salts special ordered from the company. I dont know why this would be necessary for this coffee maker when others like Keurig can be descaled with just vinegar on a brew cycle. Other than that, cleaning is pretty easy, just a wet cloth for the pod holder and anywhere else it might be dirty. Ease of Use Once you learn it which takes 15 mins or so, its pretty easy. Insert pod, wait for indicator light, press the brew button and wait for the brew light to turn off again. Very easy to press, walk away and return for your hot cup of coffee. Design This is one of the cheapest models of Tassimo coffee maker, but it works just fine and I cant think that Id need a fancier model for anything really. It is not much bigger than any other coffee maker and looks fine if you keep it on your counter top. Durability I have no complaints so far, it still works just the same as when I got it.

The Tassimo T20 is a great single-serve coffee maker, providing quality coffee without taking up large amounts of space! It fits nicely on the kitchen countertop without being too obstructive. Brew Performance The T20 brews coffee quickly! You can have a cup of fresh coffee in less than a minute, or little longer if your doing more than just basic coffee, such as a latte. Ease of Cleaning Initial cleaning of the Tassimo T20 is a little bit daunting, but upkeep is surprisingly easy compared to a traditional coffee maker. Aside from decalcifying, which you needn't do often, the most the machine requires is a rub down with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Ease of Use Extremely easy to use! I can manage it while I'm half-asleep! Simply add your pod, close the top, and press the button. It's not hard at all. Design No-frills, yet still attractive. There are no fancy color options or other bells & whistles, but I'm not trying to hide the machine when company arrives, either. It's basic-yet-modern! Durability I haven't dropped the machine, or taken a bat to it, but it has gotten near-daily use for nearly two years with zero issues.

This coffee maker is absolutely one of the best coffee makers (as well as tea) that I have ever used! I have one in my home and one in the office as well. The hot drinks that are produced taste like they are suppose to taste and do not have a "funny" after taste like alot of these one cup brewers do. The Tassimo is very easy to use as well. Just pop the flavor in that you want, put your coffee cup in there and hit the button and away to go in a few minutes you have the amazing taste that you were waiting for. The Tassimo is also easy for those busy mom/dad on the go that need a quick way to get their caffeine that will be needed for the day ahead. I am a working mom of 2 small boys and this coffee brewer saves me plenty of time in the mornings while I am trying to get both kids fed and dressed and out the door for daycare and then myself to work. They make amazing gifts as well. I have bought one for my hubby that he has left at work to use as we already have one at our home! Not only does he use it but the whole office that he works at uses it as well. I like that the prices of teh different variations of the Tassimo arent a break the bank kind of price. They have a model that is afforadable for every pay bracket; and the different variations to help fit everyones needs and likes that are looking to purchase this amazing machine.

We have owned other single cup coffee makers before and they pale in comparison to this Tassimo coffee maker. It has been very useful for us. We do not always make a cup a day, sometimes we make some once we get to work, but most weekends especially we use this machine. The only negative is that most coffee bean companies provide for Keurig and not Tassimo, so there hasn't been much variety out there, but once you find one or two you like, it makes it all worth it. We love Kona coffee and Morning Roast too. This has definitely been worth the money and we highly recommend it to all of our friends who ask. The machine has gotten stuck a few times and we just noticed you have to clean the scanner a little bit, then your done. I do wish they had a feature that you could add your own flavor, but that's okay!! If you are looking for a single serve coffee maker then definitely go for this one, you will not regret it! When I first bought the Tassimo I was thrilled with it and would have given it rave reviews. I loved the fact that it steamed milk and Keurig did not. I was able to purchase Starbucks coffees which no other steamer offered. I also bought Gevalia coffees and other specialty brands. Now- 3 years later... The machine still performs well- coffee gets hot, very easy to clean, etc.. But NO ONE sells the coffee discs anymore! They no longer have Starbucks (maybe online) and Keurig does. Most stores sell ONE or maybe two varieites of discs and you pretty much are stuck with Maxwell house blends. I go down the coffee aisle and see literally 100 different varieties of coffee made for Keruig and on the very bottom self all alone sits the single brand of Tassimo coffee discs and half the time they only have decaf left. SO SO SO disappointed and I will be saving up for a Keurig!

I bought this with the intent to brew the specialty beverages, not regular coffee. For myself, the reg coffee would not be cost effective. I love that it brews each beverage uniquely based on the barcode. I've used the caramel latte and found it superb. I do brew through the espresso disk twice to get a stronger cup, but that's easy enough. This is also good for something you don't drink often (like decaf) I just keep one pack of T-discs for the decaf and don't have to worry about a bunch of coffee going stale. Reg coffee, lattes and hot chocolate have brewed great (though by taste I do not recommend the hot chocolate). Tassimo as a company has had excellent customer service as well. I had a couple of glitchy machines and they were fantastic about replacements at no cost to me. Overall I think it's a great product, but I'm not willing to give up my reg coffee maker because of the cost of the T-discs for plain coffee, but for the lattes it saves me time and money. Brew Performance Brews everything uniquely by bar code. Ease of Cleaning There's not much to clean on it and the drip tray is dishwasher safe. Ease of Use seriously, you stick the t-disc in and hit start, even I can't mess it up. Design Perfectly acceptable. My one complaint is that the top portion comes down and latches in a two step process, though both parts are connected. There's just a slight learning curve to realize you must have the back part down before the front part. I was originally inclined to just pull down on the front part of the lever (they are connected so both parts were coming down) but that was preventing it from closing as the back needed to come down first. It's not nearly as complicated as it sounds, and once you've done it correctly after struggling once, it's not an issue at all in the least! Durability I've only had it 7 months, but so far so good.

The Tassimo Home Brewing System by Bosch is a wonderful product.   The disc's allow us to each have our own 'favorite' type of coffee at the same sitting!  My kids also use it to get a great cup of hot chocolate.  There are also disc's available to brew all kinds of tea.  What a great idea this brewer is!  Another great feature is that the drinks are made instantly - there is to warm up time needed in order to get a great drink - you simply select the drink you want, insert the disc and push the brew button.  It is nice to be able to make a great cup of coffee or tea for unexpected guests at a minutes notice.  This product was a little pricey - but worth every penny.  We still continue to use our regular coffee maker for the weekends when we want a big pot of coffee available, but have used this so much that is easily has made it worth the money we spent on it.  We buy the disc's at our BedBath&Beyond using the 20% off coupons we get in the mail, but have also heard it might be cost effective to order a larger quantity of the disc's on-line.  At any rate, this is a great coffe maker.  It is easy to use and makes a cup of coffee that rivals any coffee shop!
