I recently acquired the Total Gym 1100 exercise system and began using it to get back into shape. I had seen those infomercials on TV with Chuck Norris and others endorsing the Total Gym but did not think much about it until my brother lost 40 lbs and developed muscles using the Total Gym 1100.  The system is easy to set up, but in my opinion its best feature is how quickly you can go from exercise to exercise with it. The resistance varies with the angle that you use and the type of exercise that you do, but it can work all muscle groups and provide aerobic training as well. I have started doing about 10 minutes a day and have already lost 5 lbs in the first month and my muscles are getting stronger and my energy is increasing. I fully expect to match my brothers results and get into excellent physical condition using the Total Gym 1100 exercise system. Most of the other total gym systems or exercise machines require some time to set up and change from one exercise to another but with Total Gym it only takes a few seconds.  That means more of your workout is spent exercising your muscles and it takes significantly less time to get a complete workout.  This is why I give it my highest recommendation and 5 stars.
