Saved my sleep.

5

I was on a business trip in upstate New York near lake Placid. The air was dry and the temperature was below zero. I was staying in a hotel and the room was bone dry. My skin felt like sandpaper. When i tried to sleep I scratched and tossed and turned, so I went to a local Stewart's Shop and this was the only lotion I could find. I applied it and felt like I had gone to heaven. my skin was soft and felt re-hydrated. i fell asleep in total comfort about ten minutes after applying this lotion. Scent The lotions scent was mild and not unpleasant. I liked it very much Absorption It absorbed super fast and did not feel greasy. It was absorbed within a minute or two of its application to my skin. My hands after applying the lotion to my body did not feel slippery, slimy or gross. I have obsessive compulsive disease and after applying this lotion I did NOT feel the need to wash my hands. It absorbed that well. Effectiveness I found this lotion to be highly effective and saved me from a hellish nights sleep due to the dry air and my dry skin.

great for stretch marks

5

I used this product when I found out that I was pregnant. I did not want to have terrible stretch marks, A friend told me about this product and the success that she had with, I thought I would give it a try, I am glad I did. When my belly was stretching it would itch and burn terribly. I used this lotion two or three times a day with much success. It took most of the redness out of the marks and also kept them from getting thick. Using it after helped heal the marks by making them less visible. Scent Smells just like cocoa butter. Light scent so you do not have to worry about it being to over powering. Pleasant scent, kind of relaxing. Absorption This is a cream so it is meant to be thick. It does take a little while to soak in but that was what I was looking for to get rid of stretch marks. I would not recommend using it on your face because it does feel kind of oily. Effectiveness Very good at moisturizing, Helped with the itching, burning, redness and flaking of dead skin cells. Long lasting moisture with many benefits. This cream penetrates the three layers of skin so it does not just sit on top like a lot of lotions and creams do, it penetrates deep to get to the root of the dry skin.

Vaseline deep conditioning cocoa butter is a miracle worker!

This lotion is the greatest iI have ever used. It cures any kind of rough skin from elbows to heels. I have also used it on my childs ecxema and it cleared up in two days! I would reccommend this product to anyone that fights chapped skin or just needs some extra moisture. It does have a little bit of a greasy feeling, but leaves the skin with a beautiful sheen!

Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Butter Deep Conditioning Extra Rich Cream is a luxurious treatment for the dryest occasions. I just love the scent of cocoa butter. The cream is silky smmoth and feels wonderful going on. The moisturizing effects are long lasting. It replenishs and refreshes with that lovely scent. A little pricey, but overall effectiveness is really good.

Vaseline Intensive Care with Cocoa Butter is great!

I am a nurse and busy mom always looking for a lotion that works. This was very nice. I tried it when I saw it sitting on the desk at work and went out to buy it for myself. It has a very pleasant smell. The cocoa butter smell is not overwhelming. It feels great, my hands actually continue to feel soft, not like they are dried out again within an hour or so like with some scented lotions.

Vaseline Cocoa Butter is moisturizing, but a bit smelly...

Vaseline Cocoa Butter Body Cream has one major thing going for it, in my book:  there is no equivalent store-brand product.  When I reviewed the Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lotion, I did not hesitate to say that although this is a helpful product that does as promised, there is absolutely no reason not to go for the less-expensive store-brand.  The downside of the Vaseline Cocoa Butter Body CREAM is that this store-brand alternative does not exist.   My other problems with this product are that it is greasier than the lotion (and, even with skin as dry as mine, who likes a greasy lotion?) and it has a strange smell to it.  My product is neither old nor expired--the stuff just smells funny.  That is obviously a preferencial thing, and therefore you should sniff for yourself...don't just take my word for it.  What I have found, though, is that the store brand is less smelly, a little less greasy, and WAY less expensive.  So, as soon as someone comes out with the store-brand cream, I'm on it.

Doesn't work for dry skin

I don't like the **Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Butter**.  It was watery and too light for my skin.  It penetrates right through, but because it's so thin, it doesn't last. The vitamin E may be the element that makes this **Vaseline **product slightly thicker than the others. I have very dry skin, to include mild *eczema *and need thick moisturizers to coat my skin as they penetrate my skin.  **Vaseline's cocoa butter body lotion **may work well for others whose skin isn't as dry, but if you have dry skin, you should try something different. The **Vaseline lotion** has an overpowering *cocoa *scent for me. I'd just rather not walk around smelling like chocolate.  However, if you like chocolate, that might not be so bad.  My family--particularly my son and I--have a hard time finding lotions and moisturizers that fully sooth and condition our skin.  We've found that the Vaseline brand in general doesn't work.  It's too thin and watery.

Deep conditioning, need i say more

The Vasaline Intensive Care CoCo Butter deep conditioning extra rich lotion is exactly what it says. It isn't too expensive at all and it works! I didn't used to have dry skin or uneven skin at all until after i delieverd my baby boy. This summer has been the worst for me at the beginning with dry skin. Then my mom told me to try this stuff so of course, like most kids you listen to your parents. I first tried it and thought it was pretty thick so it should work. I got myself some and started to use it and i fell in love with it. I like it a alot and it really works and does what it says. It conditions not only the first layer of skin but seems to go deep down and just conditions all the skin. I wish it would smell a little better but it smells good and does the job. My fiance has started using it too and he really likes it. The product is worth trying, it works, smells pretty good, conditions, and isn't expensive! I am sure you will fall in love this product too. It is amazing and it works well to condition your skin and keep you looking younger and skin feeling soft.

Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Butter Deep Conditioning Extra Rich Cream 6.8 oz works amazingly well.  It goes on soft and smooth and it feels quite soothing.  The cream is just the right texture, it's not too thick and it's not too thin.  It is made of quality ingredients making it all the more wondrous to use.  It works marvelous at keeping dry skin soft and it works well on your hands and feet too.  It's perfect for someone who has dry legs, hands or feet.  The smell of this product isn't bad either.  Most cocoa butter creams or lotions are quite smelly, and not in a good way, but the smell of this product is just right.  It smells like cocoa butter but in a subtly way.  If you were to put it on, no one would say did you overdo your lotion.  The price of this product is good.  It's not too high and not too low.  If you look in the newspaper you might get lucky and find a coupon, making it all the more of a deal.  You get a lot for your money with this product.  I highly recommend this product for people with dry or normal skin.

Something I'll toss when finished ..

I'm really a big fan of cocoa butter or 'deep conditioning' things, since after I shave I expect my lotion to make my legs soft and touch-able smooth. Vaseline's Cocoa Butter did the job.. in a way. My legs felt really stiff sort of, in a way and I found it hard to run for track & field. I loved the smell and how fast absorbing it was, and I will use it till the last drop. I don't think I'll buy it again though..
