I love using this range and oven. It is so easy to get the right burner heat and we all love the center griddle. It is easy to clean and keep looking beautiful Temperature Control The range top is perfect. The oven cooks very evenly. I love that I can even melt chocolate without burning n the range top. It is so much easier to control the temperature of the burners than using electric. I also like that the burners cool almost immediately when turned off. Heat Distribution The range can heat even my largest cast iron skillet evenly. The oven has good heat distribution as cakes bake evenly and even with two cookie sheets in the oven, all my cookies bake well. Durability My range is 10 years old and we have had one minor service. Design It looks great in my kitchen Ease of Cleaning This is not self cleaning, but it cleans easily.
