This affordable, over the counter gem has been a life saver! I was skeptical on how a store brand, non prescription nasal spray could truly help me, but it's made a huge difference! I used to get over 7 sinus infections per year. Over the past 2 years since I've been using this, they've dropped to 2 per year. It helps clear up congestion, alleviate sinus pressure, and most importantly, preventing my sinus infections. Effectiveness This product has saved me from getting many sinus infections. Although it won't help too much if you already have one (that's when you need the prescription strength sprays) this is perfect for frequent use when you start to get congested. It truly alleviates my symptoms and prevents them from progressing. Ease of Use The product is fool proof, in my opinion. Just use two squirts in each nostril and you're good to go! Immediacy This products works within moments! After taking the dosage, your sinuses begin to clear from congestion. It is not a cure-all, but it alleviates a lot of the congestion and sinus pressure.

This product is excellent! My family and I had a trip to Hawaii planned and we all got sick with head colds a few days before we had to leave. I went to the doctor and he suggested this nasal spray for all of us. I liked that it was over the counter first of all and also that my kids who were 7 and 9 years old could also use it. We each had a variety of problems including nasal congestion, sore throat, ear aches, sinus headaches. I bought one bottle of nose spray for each of us and we were all well by the time we got on the plane to go to Hawaii. This product helped us more than cold medicine, cough medicine, and pain medicine combined. Effectiveness As I have mentioned before this product is VERY effective. Now anytime any of us get a head cold or are congested I immediately buy this product and the person that is sick uses it. Ease of Use Very easy to use for adults. Easy for older kids to use once you show them how.

Like most people, I have a really difficult time sleeping when I'm sick with a cold--particularly if I can't breathe through my nose. Breathing through my mouth at night makes sleeping almost impossible--my mouth and airway dry out quickly and make breathing very uncomfortable. Anefrin nasal spray works almost instantly to open up blocked nasal passageways. It doesn't work as well if you have a really runny nose--the medicine tends to leave when you blow your nose. But if your nose is mostly dry (like after taking a good decongestant) and the membranes are swollen (they tend to especially close up when you lie down), this medication is magical. You just squirt and snort a couple times into each nostril, and within about a minute you'll be able to breathe through your nose again. I sometimes experienced some dryness or mild nasal irritation after use, but it was well worth it to be able to breathe (and sleep!). Careful not to use it more than a couple days in a row, though, as it can be habit forming.

I was hesitant to use nasal spray because I hated it as a kid. However, I got really sick recently and could not even sleep because I was so congested. My husband suggested trying a nasal spray and I gave in and got this one. We choose this brand because it was cheaper than some of the name brand nasal sprays. I used it once and fell in love. It immediately helped my congestion. I used two sprays in each nostril and it worked like a charm. I could not wait to use it again because it relieved so much congestion so quickly. You do have to use it according to instruction so you do not over do it. I highly recommend this spray for anyone suffering from congestion and a stuffy nose. Effectiveness This was highly and quickly effective. It relieved my runny nose really quickly. It was the only thing that helped me sleep at night. Ease of Use I used two sprays in each nostril. You have to tilt your head back a little bit so that you get it in. Immediacy I got immediate relief with this.

I've used nasal sprays since I was a kid and this is one of the good ones out there. I usually use it whenever my nose is really runny and when it's too congested to breath. It helps by drying it and clearing it out so you can actually breath through your nose again. Effectiveness No matter how congested my nose is it always clears it out enough to help me breath. I usually use a couple sprays in each nostril. Sometimes I'll blow my nose after a few minutes just to help clear things out the right direction and then use an extra spray since it gets rid of a lot of it after blowing my nose. Ease of Use It's a little harder for kids to use because they tend to either blow their nose more or swallow it which isn't good for you. But as long as you follow the directions it's really easy when you get used to using it. Immediacy One the initial drainage is gone it actually works pretty quickly, I'd say in under 5-10 minutes I can completely breath again.

This product provides immediate relief for a very good price. It does have an awful taste - the no drip claim is not 100% accurate. I have used this product through colds and allergies when I have been so congested that it has been almost impossible to breathe through my nose. It is most helpful at nights when trying to fall asleep. However, you really have to be careful with this product and other nasal sprays like it. If you use it often you will find that you are needing to use it more and more often. Once, I got addicted to the point that for months I could not breathe at all through my nose without the spray. It was so hard to get off of. I went for weeks without being able to sleep, soar throats from having to breathe through my mouth, etc. This is a great product when used in moderation and for short periods of time, but just be aware that if used for extended time, it is almost as if it BECOMES the reason why you need it. Effectiveness Works immediately and lasts for a long time! Very effective. Ease of Use Extremely easy to use.
