This is a great buy. It might not be the fanciest one out there but it lasts and can give you a great workout. Performance Never stops or jumps like some treadmills do. I have had mine for about 7 years now and it works like it did when I bought it. Comfort It is as comfortable as any treadmill can be. It is easier than running on concrete. I prefer running on the treadmill than outside. The sidewalk hurts my knees when I run on it, the treadmill offers a little more comfort. Ease of Use Very intuitive, nothing complicated or confusing about it. You just basically set your speed and walk or run at your pace. Their is a safety magnet you pull off if you need it to stop in a hurry. You can wear the cord around your neck and if you fall the magnet comes off and the treadmill stops so you wont get scraped by a moving belt. Durability Mine lasted for 7 years so far and still in great condition. I also use it several times a week for either running or walking. Design It is pretty basic, but great for what it is.

I liked this, even though it did not have it own incline. product did what it was supposed to. I had it for about two years before the hand rail started to get loose. It says that it can hold 350 pounds and i weight about half of that and I still had to prop something under it to make it stand the way it used to when i first brought it. And it began to slow down too. If you can pay a little bit more and buy a better one. I suggest you do so. You will be better off. Performance It worked well for a while but it was not for long time use. You had to manually incline it too. Comfort It was nice but not really a soft enough belt to run on. Ease of Use Very easy to use as it did not have too many programs on it. Durability Did not last very long only me and my son used it. I used it daily and he used it maybe three times a week and it wore out in two years. Design It had an o.k. design not really meant for you to hold onto the hand rails. Because it made the treadmill unsteady.

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase the Weslo Cadence treadmill. This particular treadmill was the cheapest which of course was a plus, but that wasn't the only reason I bought it. My main reason was that it had such good reviews. This treadmill works well and has nice features to keep track of your speed, calories burned, distance, etc. In addition to the good features, I LOVE that it can be folded up when not in use. I don't have a lot of room for workout equipment and when folded up this doesn't take up much space at all. It has handles if you need to hold on while walking/running. I use this treadmill every day and as I mentioned in the title, I've had this Weslo treadmill for years. It still works as great as it did the very first day. I would recommend this for people just starting out or for someone more advanced and already in shape. I walk and run on this and it works well for both. Don't let the low price of the Weslo Cadence keep you from buying it. It is not low quality at all. It has good features, is durable, and works great!

It is very sturdy and easy to operate. It doesn't have a wide range of settings and I find that the calories burned seem to be a little high. I also feel like the speedometer is a little off. But it definitely does the job of a treadmill and offers a safe running surface for indoor running. Performance I feel like it's speed settings are a little off. Either that or I run much slower on a treadmill than I do on pavement. But it offers a sturdy surface to run on and offers more shock absorption than pavement does. Comfort The running surface is great for my stride, not too long or narrow. Ease of Use The settings are easy to figure out. I bought mine used and it didn't come with any instructions, but it was simple, to figure out. Since it was already assembled when I bought it, all I had to do was plug it in and go. Durability It's sturdy and doesn't rock or move much when I'm running. Design It's small and compact, easy to fold up when not in use. I wish it had a up holder. It does have a place I can put a bottle of water, remote controls, book ect, but it's not specifically designed to hold a bottle/cup, so I worry about it falling over.

I asked my husband for this treadmill for Christmas , because I need to lose some weight. I chose this brand because it was simply a treadmill. I did'nt want anything fancy, just a treadmill, and I am very happy with what I have chosen. This treadmill works easy and does not make you over compinsate. When you are ready to go faster and do more it is up to you.

We had a different brand of treadmill prior to the Weslo.  Sine we bought it, we have been so impressed!  It runs at the actual speed it is stating, & gives my son the work-out he needs!  We love our Weslo treadmill!

*I  was on limited funds and needed to find an inexpensive treadmill.  So i went to our local  walmart and  bought  a  Weslo cadence G-40,   I brought  it home very excited to get started on a  daily walking   schedule.   I found this Item a little bit hard for me to put together but, you need to realize that  before this time, I had never had to try and put these kinds of things into one piece from  the very many pieces I found in the box.  however after about two days  I had it completly  in one whole piece and ready to begin walking.  there is no fan on this modle so I simply put a small fan on a table beside me and that works just fine.  it has several speeds and has a uphill reclining position that I have as yet used but my niece bought one about a month after I bought mine and says that  hers works just fine...  I would say that  even though this was the cheapest treadmill in the store that it works great.  I still get to walk daily in the privacy of my own home and  I can watch T.V  and have my aircondition on..*

I absolutely love this treadmill! After having three kids in four years, being out of shape depressed me. I wanted so badly to go running again and start to feel good about myself but the kids and the weather have kept me strapped to my house. My husband bought this for me after I begged him for a treadmill and this has become my own escape! I can go for a run in my basement while the kids are playing or napping and it's super easy to keep track of how fast I've ran, how far I've gone and how many calories I've burned. You definitely can't beat the price! I also love that there's a "key" to the machine so I know the kids aren't getting on it when I'm not looking and hurting themselves. I love that I can put it on an incline and that I can change my speeds while running. The only downside is that it's loud, but being that mine is in the basement, it doesn't matter to me. I'm slowly losing weight and inches and I couldn't be happier!

Buying my first treadmill was an investment in my health that has really started to pay off.  I'm overweight and I realize that the older I get the harder it will be to take off the pounds.  Rather than join a gym, I decided to create one at home, where I don't have to feel self-conscious around a bunch of skinny exercise buffs.  That's why I bought the Weslo Cadence G40.  Although not the best treadmill on the market, it was fairly inexpensive and has held up to my expectations.  It offers a limited number of pre-set programs, though so far I've only used one.  I love the fact that it folds up: the room I keep it in is a multi-purpose room, so easy storage and minimal floor usage were big concerns when I started shopping for a treadmill. The only problem I have had with the Weslo Cadence G40 was getting it assembled.  After getting it home I realized that putting it together was a two-person job.  I had to wait nearly a week for my aunt to visit and help me with it.

The Weslo Cadence G40 Treadmill is a nice treadmill that allows me to continue my workout each morning or night whenever I am in the mood for a good jog. Sometimes I just want to clear my mind a bit and I normally do this while jogging as it normally tends to relax me a bit. This Weslo Treadmill is really good because it is quite sturdy and durable and can really cope with my daily demands to jog twice each day. I love the design and overall attractiveness of this unique treadmill as I honestly feel that the Weslo brand name is a good one. I have yet to receive a problem with this treadmill and I hope that it will remain that way. I am truly happy with my purchase of this treadmill. I love the fact that this treadmill is easy to store away one I have finished using it. My old treadmill was not like this in any way and it annoyed me a bit as it would take up space in my living room which was already packed with things.
