The freezer is the only con and it's not a deal breaker. Great appliance!

Ice maker and freezing capacity quit after 1 year. Now, 3 years later, completely quit freezing. Have had 4 Whirlpool men out and none have fixed it yet. Don't trust Whirlpool's customer service. Everyone has a different story and they don't seem to know what they are doing.

We bought this machine during black Friday for a steal! I was hesitant at first because the machine was so large but as soon as it was delivered I was so pleased. I have noticed over the past few months that it is a bit noisy but for the price we paid we have learned to ignore it. Noise Level The machine can be noisy, I would recommend that that if you have a kitchen that is in close proximately to your bedroom and you are a light sleeper you may want to look at a different model. But if you are a heavy sleeper or you have a kitchen that is on a different floor than your master bedroom you should have no problem. Interior Organization The machine is very roomy and it fits all of our groceries in an orderly fashion, even on shopping day when it is completely packed! Temperature Control You can set the temperature for the temperature range you prefer and it is very easy to do. Ease of Cleaning It is easily cleaned on the inside but stainless steel can be pain as it easily scratches. Durability Inside the machine is great but stainless easily scratches so buyer beware if you have small children or animals who jump on cabinets or refrigerators. Design It is a lovely machine to look at.

This is a wonderful refrigerator for any family kitchen. It has been a great addition to our kitchen since we replaced our old refrigerator about 2 years ago. The Whirlpool brand is a quality name and it shows. We have been more than happy with our purchase. We like the fact that it has french doors and makes it very easy to put different items either in the left side or the right side of the refrigerator and keep them separate. This way I always know that certain items are stored on the right side and can directly access them without opening the entire refrigerator. It also helps with the energy efficiency as less cold air escapes from the refrigerator. There is plenty of storage space and it meets our needs very well. Noise Level This is a very quiet refrigerator and the noise level is minimal Interior Organization Plenty of space to keep the meat, and diary away from the produce and fruits. Temperature Control Separate climate zones allows for different temperatures to keep everything fresh. Ease of Cleaning Very easy to clean Durability We have had over 2 years and it has been perfect Design Very chic and adds to the beautiful decor of our kitchen

I really love this refrigerator, it has a large amount of space, runs quietly and is very convenient. This is the first type of refrigerator I have owed with double doors and the freezer in the bottom not the top. I think this makes things much easier when unloading groceries and storing food away. The freezer holds a large amount of food and it is ideal for bulk shopping. The design is great and makes it easy to organize your food inside, and I love the outer color of this refrigerator. I haven't had any problems with this refrigerator's performance. I am in the process of replacing the filters to the ice maker though, but that's only because I am in West Virginia and due to a chemical spill the water was contaminated, and not safe to use for a while. That is the only reason I've had to replace anything on this refrigerator. I've had no trouble doing this though, and think this is a great refrigerator to own.
