My obvious favorite thing about this oven is the dual chambers for the stove. When we first bought this- I thought it was unnecessary, but it has proved to be a lifesaver for my family. We typically just use the upper stove for a typical dinner. Having TWO is a game changer, especially when I want to make fresh bread with dinner, I can cook each item separately at their own temperature. This oven is also a must for the person that hosts Thanksgiving. We all wish we had an extra oven for large events- and now, you do!! Temperature Control Temperature control in the oven is perfect. It is also pretty awesome on the stove. Most burners have hot spots, these burners do not. they also hold their temperature at a consistent level. Heat Distribution The heat distribution is perfect. No hot spots, all of my meals cook evenly! Durability I judge durability on how well it stands up to my child. Well she rides her bike around the kitchen and easily has rammed into the oven a million times. There is not one single dent and it looks like brand new. Design Just look at this beauty. It is a focal point in my kitchen and it is absolutely gorgeous. My friends and family always comment on it when they are over. Ease of Cleaning Super easy to clean with the self clean function. Press a button and it's done in about an hour!

My husband bought me this range and I absolutely love it. There are just the two of us now and in the year that I have had this, I probably have only used the bottom oven one time. I had not had a glass top stove before, so I am not all that thrilled with this one. My Mom has one, but it is not black like this, it has a grayish pebble type finish on it, that I prefer as with this one has to be cleaned everyday, even if you don't cook on it, you can see every speck of dust. BUT with that being said, it cooks evenly. It has one burner that can be turn on to be really large or medium sized. It also has a warming burner that is nice. Durability so far... very good. Design love, love, love it. Ease of Cleaning stove top is hard to keep clean.

This oven has a small upper oven and some may see that as a downside but it is one of the best options because it heats up faster than anything else out there and its perfect for porkchops and other small things. It also is good for baguette loaves. The only thing i dont like is that the controls are rather different from the dial controls i learned how to cook with. I love that both ovens keep a solid even temperature for the entire cooking time. and it even cooks faster and that is one more reason to love this aplliance. i wouldnt be able to go back to any other oven for a very long time. When it is set to self clean mode it gets tthe job done with little to no hassle and always leaves no unpleasant burning scent like some older models.

Owning my Whirlpool Electric Range has been a dream come true! It is awesome to be able to have two ovens going at the same time at different temperatures. I can have three or more dishes cooking all at once this way, in addition to extra dishes going on the stove. A feature that I didn't really even think about when we made our purchase was the self-cleaning mechanism. I was used to having an ugly, dirty oven, because I never had time to clean my old oven by hand. However, I am able to simply remove the racks and set the oven to self-clean; no scrubbing or abrasives needed. One other great feature is the warming spot on the stove. There are 2 traditional flat top burners, two with two size ring options, and a fifth in the back just for keeping your food warm while other parts of the meal finish cooking. It's great not to have to go back and microwave a dish that was done sooner than the rest. The only drawbacks to the oven/stove have been 1) that it takes 3 or more hours for the self-clean to run, and you can't use either oven or stove while it's running and 2) the top oven compartment can be a little small if your cookware stands very tall. Overall, it has just been wonderful!
