I really love this refrigerator. Before I got this one, the refrigerator I had before had some minor problems such as it could not dispense water. Because my family and I often use the water and ice dispenser, this was a problem. Apparently, the water dispensing function was stored in the freezer, and the tube that dispensed water was frozen, so water could not come out. Ice was able to be dispensed, but water could not. There were no such problems with this one. There are nearly no noises, it is so quiet that you don't notice it if you couldn't see it. It is also very organized, all the sections are separated by sheets of solid plastic, so it is easy to clean as well. I recommend this to anyone who needs a refrigerator; it is indeed very nice. Noise Level There are nearly no noises! Interior Organization There are many sections, and the bottom have sliding doors, so that those sections are completely sealed. Ease of Cleaning The sheets that separate each section can be taken out and cleaned. Design It is very sleek and modern looking.

We purchased this product because it fit perfectly in the new small space the remodels on my kitchen provided. I was a bit skeptical because I have never owned a side by side refrigerator. The interior space that this offers is far larger than what I expected. I am able to fit groceries for my family of four without any problems. Spills are easy to clean with spill proof shelving and the humidity drawers' help keep produce fresh. The only complaint I have, and the complaint is minor, is sometimes it takes a while for the ice to come down. Now granted I love crushed ice and my two tots love cubed, so that could the reason. Overall i love this product and will continue to purchase whirlpool appliances.

Me and my family have enjoyed this fridge greatly. I have had around 5 fridges in my lifetime and this one out does them all. Tons of space,very quiet and have only a few items in my freezer end up with a little freezer burn. Love it! Noise Level Very quiet! Durability Not one problem in 3 years!

Great side by side for an affordable price. We wanted one to match the gold series and this did that great. Could use a little more room in the fridge but it works. With a family of four we typically run out of room on the shelves but some adjusting dies the trick.

We completed our kitchen remodel last year and the very last appliance that we purchased was a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. We have had such positive results from our Whirlpool appliances over the years that I felt I just had to have an "All Whirlpool" kitchen so we replaced a perfectly functional Amana model. This refrigerator is my first experience with a side-by-side model.  I chose a white appliance that has very clean lines. It has the non-smudge surface which is definitely a plus. The icemaker, water dispenser and light buttons are on the front of the door. They operate digitally by a simple touch on the pad. We have had very few problems to date. In fact, the only problem at all has been that the ice maker occasionally jams. This may be due to the fact that my husband and I used different types ice so are constantly changing the setting.  I highly recommend this refrigerator as well as all Whirlpool appliances. Consumers will not go wrong with Whirlpool.

Recently our household acquired a new refrigerator. A brand new Whirlpool. What a beauty. This wonderful fridge has an ice maker,which is capable of dispening either cubed ice or crushed ice. Ice maker is quick tomake ice,for those times when you need a cold drink or for a pary or other gathering. Also features an area for dispensing cold water for individuals who do not enjoy colas,tea or other refreshments. Fridge area has a lot of space and features some really neat door arrangements on side. It also features a pull out drawer for whatever you may want to store below that is heavy or in the way of daily routine. While the holding area on the other side featues 2 pull out drawers for vegatables,fruits, or anything that you like to be accessible. A 4 tier shelf can be moved area to your liking above. Many people have different ways of arranging their fridge, But I feel it would be easy for anyone.

I bought the Whirlpool refrigeratorin November, 2009 after researching for Made In USA refrigerators, and found they are one of the few still manufacturing in the US.  I am currently happy with the refrigerator on all counts and expected to as it was made in the USA by US workers with US oversight, regulations and values.  However, now I hear that Whirlpool is planning to shut down the manufacturing plant in Evansville, Indiana and move their operation to Mexico!  Not only are we losing more US jobs which affects our economy, we Americans are losing opportunities to buy quality products.  If you think this doesn't matter, search for reviews of GE Refrigerators which are foreign made and check out the horrible reviews people are posting about the product and servicing nightmares. So, future buyers beware!

We bought this refrigerator to replace a lower-end GE refrigerator.  The GE refrigerator never kept things cold enough.  Things would spoil quickly in the GE, which always made me nervous. My parents, grandparents, and sister own a Whirlpool refrigerator and really like them, so we went with the same.  We have had this refrigerator for a couple of years.  It has been great.  Things stay so much colder in this one.  I like that the shelving and drawers are clear and that the lighting is bright.  It is easy to take a quick glance to see what is in there.  The shelves are movable which has come in handy several times.  The door holds a large amount of items.  It is very easy to clean, and I have had no issues with staining. The ice maker works great.  I like that it crushes ice.  Occasionally, the grinder blades get frozen up when my children use it often...some crushed ice will get stuck in the blades and refreeze...it is simple to fix, though.  I also enjoy having a water dispenser, and my children really like this feature.  At times, the fan runs a little loud, but it does not do this consistently enough to have it looked at.  Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator.

Whirlpool Side By Side Refrigerator. Great product. I love the icebreaker feature. Also, my family enjoys the dispenser of ice crushed or cubed. The water dispensing from the same feature. I enjoy being able to open up the fridge and the shelves are moveable. You are able to see through the conpartments. Helps me take a close glance to inventory. Enjoy how well it cleans. It is easy to change the water filter and can be easily found to replace at a Lowes. Cleaning the water dispenser able to take it apart and cleaning it. Love this feature. Lots of room for the freezer. Able to remove the shelves and adjust them. Able to see everything. Down is that I wish the freezer was had see through compartment. Have own this appliance for 2 years and I am very happy with the product. I like that when my filter needs to be replaced I have a red light that shows up. When the filter is okay it is green. Also, have a sticker that goes at the bottom of the fridge near the fiter that tells me when I purchased it and when it show be replaced by month. Thanks Whirlpool for the quality of the product.

I have owned a Whirlpool Side by side since 1994.  This refrigerator has performed remarkkably well.  We have had only one service call and that was for the icemaker.  We didn't fix it because we were going to wait until the refrigerator went out and just replace the refrigerator.  That was several years ago and the fridge is still going strong.  The exterior is the textured black finish.  It does not show fingerprints at all.  We have received excellent service from this refrigerator.
