Refrigerators are expensive. We need durability. This is the first one I've owned that I've experienced all the shelves cracking and breaking. I have one door shelf left and the plastic around the inner shelves are brittle and breaking as well. IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW YEARS!

We bought this refrigerator when we bought our home. We went ahead and spent a little more money than we had planned because we looked at this one in store and really liked the features. I also liked that we could get it in black to match our stove and dishwasher. I absolutely love the ice and water machine in the door. So perfect for me as I pretty much only drink water. And I like that you can have whole ice cubes or chipped. It meant I could put the filtered water pitcher away and save space in the fridge itself. There is plenty of room in both the fridge and the freezer. Shelves are removable for easy cleaning - as well as the produce drawers. Dials for easy temperature settings, although you need to be careful because we tend to have things freeze if pushed all the way to the back of the fridge. Plenty of in door shelves in both the fridge and freezer give you even more storage room. The water filter is super easy to change and there is an indicator light to let you know when you should order it and when you should replace it. My only complaint is that the water filters are not too easy to find, but I just have them saved on amazon subscribe and save to they auto ship and we get a small discount. I am very pleased with the purchase of this fridge and would recommend it to anyone.

Even though it's a little pricey, it fits our family well. It's pretty quiet and plenty of room in both the freezer and refrigerator side. It's also easy to use. We got the black one and it is very durable. Our one year old son runs his toys into it all the time and still no dings or scratches. We enjoy this product very much.

This is just what I was looking for when we were helping our daughter set up her new kitchen. The shelving is multiply adjustable and there is plenty of space for both produce and packaged goods. I really like the little spot my daughter has set aside just for her collection of fine butters and jams. The freezer is more than adequate, even with the ice maker. The price places it about in the middle for refrigerators, with quality just above the more premium models. Noise Level There is a hum but it is very tolerable. Interior Organization The interior is this refrigerator's biggest selling point, in my opinion. Temperature Control My daughter is keen to get the refrigerator items at just the right temperature, and the control here is quite responsive. Ease of Cleaning The shelving is easy to clean, as is the freezer section. Durability It comes with a great warranty and seems solidly built. Design This is not a premium model, but it still of very high quality.

This fridge was a really good purchase. I really like the design of it. There is a lot of room on the inside, and it seems to keep our fresh fruits and vegetables very fresh, as if we just purchased them from the store! I was really excited to get a side by side fridge/freezer, because I could never quite reach the back of the freezer on my old one. I was a little afraid there would be less room in the freezer, but I can fit just as much in this one than my old fridge! I also LOVE the built in ice maker/water dispenser! It is very handy for when I forget to refill the ice trays or refill my filtered water pitcher inside the fridge! The temperature is easily adjustable, but I just keep it on the recommended settings and it seems to work fine. Highly recommended!

This fridge is nice to look at and convenient. The side by side makes getting items from the freezer just as convenient as getting items from the fridge. Cleaning is easy. there is more storage space than it appears from the outside. The glass shelves remove for easy cleaning even if you are ocd and want to clean daily. The ice maker is a hard worker. We never run out with my family of five. I have been surprised with amount of space in this thing. It seems no matter what I try to put in there is always room. The color is classic so never goes out of style. We have never had an issues with water line or motor. When we had the power go out due to a natural disaster (snow storm), this fridge kept the cool air in as long as we did not open the door too much.

We love our whirlpool refrigerator! Everything from the space it provides my family with, as well as the front water and ice dispenser. easy to use, easy to clean, and most of all keeps my food fresh. The icemaker is great because it produces enough ice when needed, without the loudness of other icemakers i have seen. The settings of the refrigerator are easy to understand and more importantly easy to use. you can set the temp to as warm or cold as you would like. the crisper drawers are large enough to hold your neccessitties while keeping them fresh. i trust in the brand whirlpool because they are a brand name that can be trusted to stand by their products.

You're not going to wow guests with this refrigerator, and it almost looks like lower-budget ones. But actually using it, you realize it's a quality product with good design and a very functional use of space. It's not kitchen art (like so many more expensive refrigerators) but it does its job just fine.

WE absolutely love this fridge and freezer. My only complaint is that the drawers in the fridge are hard to take out and put back in when cleaning. Otherwise this is great. Love the water option and the ice maker. There is plenty of space in the freezer and the fridge as well. The temperature holds and it hasn't broke and we have had this years.
