I purchased this Zohirushi bread maker last year online. I have always heard good things about the Zohirushi brand, so I decided to buy it. The Zohirushi brand is just amazing. This bread maker makes the perfect bread every single time, and I am so happy I bought it. I would recommend this for beginner and expert bakers. Stability While in Use This machine is very sturdy, and it does not shake while in use at all. Performance Like I previously stated, this bread maker makes exquisite bread every single time I use it. The crust of the bread is always crispy and golden brown on the outside. It is warm and soft on the interior. Just perfect. Ease of Use If you follow the instructions, you can bake bread with ease. This bread maker does not take very much time to bake the bread at all. Durability This machine is very strong and durable. I use this bread maker once or twice per week, and it works just as well as the first day I purchased it.

I am very new to bread making, I had never had anyone in my family make my bread and a friend gave me this machine when she was moving because she knew I was interested in finding out more and learning to make my own bread. She taught my the jest of how to use the machine, and it is relatively easy and the manual with it tells you everything that you need to know to make the bread. It saves so much money to make bread yourself and with this machine it makes it a simple and easy thing to do. I love that this machine is like an all in one. It does all of the work for you, it mixes the bread and then you can let it rise inside of the machine, it is nice to have all of the steps taken out and done in one easy and convenient place. The bread always comes out perfect and with this machine the bread has never become burnt or dried out tasting a single time, it always comes out so warm, moist and very fluffy as well. I use this machine at least two times a week and make about 10 loaves of bread every week on it, it is amazing.

This is the second bread maker I have owned, and it is far superior to the first, which was a competing brand. It makes bread that is so light and fluffy and moist, and it is such a snap to use. Some bread makers are a real pain and very confusing but not this. The controls are easy to understand and the settings are really intuitive. If you like making bread, this is a great choice.

The Zojirushi bread maker is fairly easy to use, it just took me a little bit of time getting used to the process of the machine. This Zojirushi bread maker has proved itself to be very durable during the time that I have owned it, which is nearing a year now. I bought this Zojirushi bread maker after someone I talked to at a grocery store raved to me about it and recommended it to me, and I have been impressed by this bread maker since I purchased it. This bread maker is a little pricey, but all quality machines require a little investment into them in order to get what you want. The bread that I have made with this bread maker is very satisfactory. Overall a great machine, and I highly recommend it!

This bread machine is easy to use and having two kneading blades help the bread dough to get fully mixed. I use this product for making things like bagels, pizza, and herb bread. The directions are clear and easy to use. They contain many recipes and have had success with all the ones I have tried. I am also happy with the ample size loaf it makes. Stability While in Use The machine is fairly quiet and very sturdy. Performance I really like the two kneading blades. I had another bread machine with only one blade and many times the dough would not get fully mixed. I have never had that problem with this machine. It is also easy to clean. Ease of Use The directions are clear. I love that I can dump the ingredients in per the directions and in a short time have the dough or cooked bread that I planned. Very easy to use with little work. It is a big reason that I love this machine. Durability This machine has sat on my counter for quite awhile. We use it at least three times per week and it has held up marvelously.

It does everything I need it to and can handle larger and more denser loves with ease. Ease of Use I highly recommend reading the instruction manual as there are many different features that can be set, and setting them isn't always as straightforward as it could be. I got this machine as a gift. I think it's way too big for its sole functionality. The inside of the machine is removable for cleaning, so that was easy. But I normally have to leave this machine on the floor as it just takes up way too much counter space. The user guide is pretty thorough and I was able to follow the steps once I opened the box. However, the bread tends to come out tougher than expected. I think as with all bread machines, it's easier to dry out the dough so you may want to add more liquid than when you do it manually. The machine takes about 3 hours from start to finish, which seems very long. I prefer to have the machine to just make the dough and make the finishing product in my oven instead. Cleaning is easy, but you usually will have to soak it for a little bit first. The design looks OK, but not as sleek as other brand. If i had a choice, I probably will buy another brand, the ones that are much smaller than this brand.

I bought this bread machine a few months ago with skepticism. I made a loaf of 100 percent whole wheat flour and no dough conditioner. I was amazed at how light and evenly cooked my bread was. The kids loved smell of fresh bread cooking and gobbled it up. I believe this machine also doubles as a jam maker, but I have yet to use it for that use. This machine makes up to a 1.5 lb. loaf, enough to feed an entire family. You can use it to make the whole loaf, or just use it to mix the dough for you. I did this for pizza dough, and it came out amazing too. Oh, and the machine is very quiet. I like to make our bread overnight, so there was no annoying cranking sound going on in the kitchen while we slept. I plan to make cinnamon rolls, rye, and sourdough breads, and many more things to come in this great machine. Stability While in Use No issues with stability. Performance This is a top of the line product. Ease of Use It couldn't get any easier to make bread. Durability I feel it is very high quality.

I bought this breadmaker when I got tired of turning on the oven during the summer but wanted fresh bread. This particular model was recommended because it is durable and can handle the heartiness of fresh ground whole wheat. I have found this to be very true. Not only is it awesome with bread but it does meatloaf and jam and cake too. If you just want to mix the dough it is a great timesaver when making rolls or pizza dough etc. I also love that it makes a long loaf and not the silly square loaf that a lot of bread machines make. Also love that it has a homemade feature so that you can set your own cycle settings. The settings for lighter or darker crust don't seem to make any difference so that would be my one disappointment with it.

If you love bread, you must own this machine. There is no other way to say it aside from that. Bread from that bakery you normally frequent is probably near top-of-the-line. However, if you know what you're doing and have a specific way you want your bread to come out, this bad boy is the one for you. Waste no time, it's easy to use and in no time you'll have delightfully fresh risen bread for the eating.
