Used as directed, left it overnight on a 3'x5' area, now I'm sick as a dog!Lungs are full of "stuff" throat is sore, head is draining though.i used it before, got sick but never put 2&2 together until now.love the product, works great for multi-pet & environmental.but sadly I can't use it anymore.

I had an allergic reaction and have not been able to stay in my own home and my husband only used it on 1 room. I do not think covering up an odor with another more obnoxious one is really something that you should sell. 2 days now and can't go home because this smells is still so strong. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

About 5 minutes ago I got done using this product for the first time. I was leery that a powder would do anything but I gave it a try. I was shocked to see how well it worked. As a renter, I moved into a house full of carpet and the previous tenant had pets. There was several feces stains that I have used a shampooer to lift with little luck. I dampened the spots with water and sprinkled the powder over and let dry. After it was dry, I vacuumed it up and it really lifted much of the stain. The musky smell also went away. I then did the living room where our dog sheds often. This product claims to help lift 25% more dirt than just vacuuming alone and help get more pet hair out of carpet. I sprinkled directly onto the carpet, let sit for 15 minutes (as the package suggests) and vacuumed. Having just vacuumed last night, I figured it wouldn't look much different. IT DID! It looks much cleaner and the fresh smell smells like fresh laundry. I would highly recommend this product for pet owners. It leaves a great scent and most importantly, lifts tough stains and removes hard to get dirt.

Arm & Hammer Pet Fresh powder is truly a wonderful product. We have 2 dogs, a cat, a macaw, and a bunny. Our house doesn't really smell bad but animals have distinctive odors and some people are offended by the smell. I use a little of this right before I vacuum or sometimes just as a deodorizer. It leaves a scent that doesn't mask the other odors but instead is a smell distinctly all its own. I use it at times on the rugs the animals lie on too and it works wonderfully and they no longer have that animal smell to it. I even use it in my car if we go to the vet or the animals have ridden with me. It just works and the cost is not expensive. It's a must have if you have animals at home. Love it!

The number one reason I stopped using sprinkle carpet refreshers is the "fly away" factor. What good is great smelling carpet if you end up inhaling some of it and/or dusting it off of your furniture. This powder is a lot heavier than most carpet powders, so you won't end up breathing in heavily powdered air when using it. When I used a bit to freshen up my car's fabric seats (where it can't disappear into carpet's fluff), it had more of a sand-like consistency than the baby powdery one I find with other powders. The pet fresh version does have a strong scent so I tend to open my windows and leave them open for a good ten minutes after using it. If your sensitive, you should try that. A little of this goes a long way in my opinion. I tend to let it sit on the carpet for a good ten to fifteen minutes because, even though it isn't designed like a damp powder to do so, I find that it absorbs odor better and kind of "beats up" the loose dirt so more pulls up with your vacuum. If I have a stubborn area, at times I will slightly work it into my carpet with a soft hand brush. Because it isn't always convenient to use a wet product. I'm very happy with it. I used to love using carpet powders & this product is the ONLY reason I was able to do so again. You can't beat the price either. All of Arm & Hammers products are very reasonably priced.

I am taking care of my friends dogs while he is sick and they were use to using the bathroom in the floor of his house. and i decided to try Pet fresh in a can ,its odor eliminator and its for carpet. But i use it for my throw rugs, because i have no carpet. This spray can is the best i have ever tried. It gets rid of the odor of urine and keeps my house smelling nice. I was so grateful to have it. It goes on in a foam spray and dissolves into the rug. And i dont even have to vacuum it up i let it set and dry and the odor is gone Everyone should try a can.. Its really nice to come home to a nice smelling home.. Performance i explained this at the top it is really awesome

We recently had to step up and help a friend by caring for her dog for a few months.  In the beginning, the dog was a little traumatized and stressed so she had a few "accidents" in the corner behind the t.v.  It only happened a couple times before she settled down and fell into a routine.  But the scent didn't seem to want to settle down and go away!  We'd pull back the furniture, get out the carpet cleaner and everything would seem fine...for a few days.  Then the smell would be back!  We tried  a plethora of products but always had the same result.  Finally someone suggested that we check the pet aisle, rather than the cleaning aisle.  And luckily we listened! We used this product ONE time and the scent was gone!  We let it soak into the carpet and pad for about 15 minutes, blotted it up then vacuumed when it was dry.  I wish we had tried this first.  It would' ve saved a lot of time and effort...and back pain!  Little Izzy is back at her home now and our home is just as it was!

This is great even if you don't have pets and it gets rid and breaks up not just pet hair but people hair and lint as well.  The smell is phenomenal I just love it.  It smells like spring cleaning whenever I spray it.  I don't just use this on my carpet but on my couch and pillows as well.  Then I use a lint brush afterwards and it works great. It is supposed to break up the pet hair from the carpet so the next time you vacuum it comes off easily.  The foam could look a little wierd for a few seconds but it easily dissapates in seconds. So don't worry if you think you sprayed too much.
