I'm satisfied that it does put me to sleep and pretty quickly. But to have to endure a nighttime of awful, hellish, long lasting nightmares is enough to make this a last resort sleep-aid. if your lucky enough not to have nightmares, you can count on at least 3 vivid dreams that you can remember easily the next day.
