Worst company that I have ever used. Booked a 4X4 and got a 2 wheel drive. Book an automatic and got a manual. All this as the same price of a 4X4 and auto. Car was dirty with near empty fuel tank when delivered. Car was delivered late. Tried to say we added an extra couple of days to the booking when all we had tried to do was get the car picked up. If you want a good stress free time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. Customer Service Could not show up on time if at all. Not helpfull. Dishonest. Vehicle Selection Did not get what we ordered or payed for 4 days. Took many calls. Both cars were dirty with near empty fuel tanks.

i assure that viajero rent-a-car is very reliable..it's just that i badly needed a car because of an emergency..i contacted viajero to rent one in the middle of the night..thanks for providing a car even on emergency cases, good job viajero
