This microwave can heat anything very quickly!  It's heating power is very strong.  It fits even large baking dishes to reheat food.  There are several functions to heat specific foods such as popcorn, etc.  This is pretty accurate.  I usually have no burning or excess heating with these functions.  The defrost works great.  There are separate settings for poultry, meat, and pork.  Unlike other microwaves, you don't have to stop and flip the food, it defrosts evenly.  This microwave was in the home I currently live in before we moved here.  We did not have a manual and were able to figure out the multiple functions pretty easily.  The vents above really keep off the condensation from the stove below it in our kitchen.  The light under the microwave is nice and bright, but also has a function for a night light which is not too bright but light enough to see in the middle of the night.  Great microwave!

This microwave heats food up fast!  It is powerful, sometimes a little too powerful.  As with any new appliance, it did take some time getting used to the power and getting the timing just right.   I love the one touch start button.  It automatically does 30 seconds, and you can keep pushing it to add on additional time in increments of 30 seconds. The stainless steel fits in perfect with my other appliances.  I do need to frequently clean it because of the fingerprints on the exterior. I haven't used all of the features with the reheat, popcorn, defrost, etc.  It has a lot of options available.  I have tried to use  the defrost setting with chicken.  It did not do a good job.  It cooked the edges while the inside was still frozen.  I played with the manual settings until I came up with the right time and correct power level combo, and now I use that to defrost all my meats. Overall, this is a great microwave.

I got a great deal on my Whirlpool Gold Microwave because it had a dent in the side it was less than half price. I couldn't have afforded it otherwise. I absolutely love it. It has buttons for everything like beverages, popcorn and pizza. My favorite is that the timer still works if I'm timing something on the stove and I need to put something in the microwave at the same time. This is a great microwave.

This microwave is awesome!  It has lots of cool buttons on it that perform a wide variety of functions.  Some of these include:  beverage button - produces hot product in one push of the button unlike other microwaves that I have used that require one and half to two full cycles to heat my tea! butter softening button - it really works too!  I miscalculated the amount of butter that I needed for my christmas cookies.  I needed to soften one stick really fast.  It worked great, the butter was softened not melted and I did not have to watch it every single second that it was in there! popcorn button - I know it is pretty much a standard, but great popped kernel to nonburned popcorn ratio! quick 1, 2, 3 minute buttonsthat do just that with one push There are numerous other buttons that I have not used yet but hopefully they will be as awesome as the ones that I have already tried out.  My only issue is that sometimes the turntable can become unbalanced and create a thumping noise while in use - easily remedied by redistributing the weight.  Great buy!!
