Basic, inexpensive, but does what it's supposed to do.
This oven was in the home when we bought it, so I'm not sure how old it is. Nevertheless, it does seem old due to the appearance and features. There's not much to it. I purchased a thermometer to gauge the temperature just to make sure it is accurate and it is. I love to bake and an oven keeping an accurate temperature is necessary. After insuring that the temperature I set the oven at is accurate, I found that this oven works well--very well in fact. I haven't had any issues with anything baking too quickly or too slowly. Capacity It's not a huge oven, but large enough for most baking, roasting and broiling needs. The big plus with this oven is that it has a "convection" option. I use this when I need to bake or roast more than one item requiring using more than one shelf. Performance I really haven't had any issues with broiling, baking or roasting. Unless I make a mistake leaving something in too long, the oven doesn't overheat and burn items. That is an issue with some other ovens I've tried. The broiler doesn't broil evenly. So, I do rotate the pan halfway through a broil. However, I find that issue with other ovens as well. Ease of Cleaning The oven is supposed to be auto clean cycle. It doesn't work that well. That's fine because I don't mind a few stains. Ease of Use It's pretty easy to use. I push a button and it's ready to go. It has a timer, which helps too. Durability I haven't had any issues and I've lived here for over five years. I know the oven is older than that. Design It isn't very pretty, but it works.
