Release foil allows you to use aluminum foil on barbecue ribs or sticky cinnamon rolls or other food items that would "stick" to regular foil. I think this is a good fix for that problem. The foil has one side (the shiny side) that works like regular foil and then a dull side that is designed to "release" sticky messes. This foil is useful if you, for example, bake ribs or chicken in your oven covered with barbecue sauce. If you use regular foil, the baked on bbq sauce can act like glue and make it hard to scoop up the meat. You can end up with small pieces of foil sticking to the meat and that is very unappetizing. With the release foll, the foil is a mess, but you can easily remove the food from the foil without the foil getting into the food. It is a good name because the foil does "release" the food --unlike regular foil. I like to have this foil on hand for those instances when sticking can be problematic, but I use regular foil if I'm not worried about anything sticking.

Love this product from Reynolds Wrap, it works each time I have used it and have no problems. You can take the Reynods Wrap and put it over a turkey to cook and no sticking to the skin, that to me is great!

I love non-stick foil. I use it all the time. It is a great product. It saves me time scrubbing pans. I find it is really great for baking. I line a cookie sheet with the foil, and put a cooling rack in the pan and I can cook chicken crispy and not a problem with a messy pan.  Anything that saves me time and makes live easier is okay with me.

I received a sample of this product in the mail. I cut off a large peice and put it in the bottom of a casserole dish. I baked the casserole in it. After the casserole was gone I pulled the wrap out and the pan was clean. No baked on, hard to clean stuff on the pan. I use it again to bake cookies. And again to bake macaroni and cheese. Again no stuff baked on. This product is definitely one of the best I have tried in years. I love it. I would recommend it to anyone who hates cleaning up baked on messes.

Ater trying many brands of aluminum foil mainly to save money, I have to say that nothing surpasses this foil. It is pricey but well worth it. Anything to save me from scrubbing pans is worth the extra money. THis foil does not stick to foods or to the pan if you are lining the pan with the foil. Clean up is quick and easy! Just throw it away , no scrubbing !! It is also sturdy and does not tear easily so it is great for cooking! It holds true to its advertising and I love it. It does cost more and the roll is not that big so that is the only downfall. Other than that it works extremely well and I would suggest it to anyone looking for a nice strong non stick foil. I give this foil five stars ene if it does cost a bit more , it is well worth the price. .

what did we do before Reynolds wrap?? I use it on all the pans when baking, i used to have to replace the cookie sheets every couple of years and now I dont, even the little tray in the toaster oven. Punch a couple of holes in it for the grill top and i saves that also. A very useable product, one I cant live without

Who does not use Reynolds Wrap Release Aluminum Foil.. I line everything with it! Makes for easy cleanup! Love to bake my cookies on the release because they slide right off!! I also make my own TV dinners with left overs by wrapping individual meals in it and just pop them in the oven as needed and the food does not stick to it! Also when in a bine and have no brillo I use left over aluminum to clean pans. Not to mention the using it in the garden to draw the sun in on new seedlings when the weather is still not so warm. I am sure they have 1000 and 1 uses for Reynolds Wrap these are just a few of mine AND YOU CAN RECYCLE IT!

Renyold's wrap release foil is great for preparing serving sizes such as single hamburger patties. I buy in bulk and a lot of times I have to thaw a whole pack of meat to have dinner. I was using regular Renyold's wrap and it would stick to patties or single chicken breast. I like the easy release because I can wrap meat in single serve portions and they don't end up in a big clump.

**I love Reynolds products. I use many of them in my kitchen on a daily basis. I know I trust they'll do a great job. All their products manke cooking easy and clean up a cinch. When Reynolds developed and came out with this quick release I was a little skeptical. I decided to give it a chance and see how it would work. I baked a bunch of cookies and nothing sticked at all. I make some oven fries chicken and it was amazing how the chicken came right up..no tearing or ripping of tin foil and grease everywhere. I had my husband use some on the grill and he liked how it worked . He said that so far it seems like foods slide right off!! It is priced reasonable and does go on sale and coupons y Reynolds are also avalible alot. It was worth a try and we love it.**

Trying to make foil non-stick on your own can be hard to do. I have tried putting non stick spray on foil in the oven, only to have it smoke up or smell. Without something to make it non stick, it is almost impossible to use with anything that will melt onto the foil and stick. I bought this foil and after the first use, I was in love! One side of the foil has a non stick surface that truly does not stick to anything you put on it, and the other side is your basic, everyday foil. It has the same toughness that you come to expect from Reynold's wrap. It is also very affordable, ranging about the same cost as the regular foil from Reynold's wrap, and the company always puts out great money saving coupons! Next time you are cooking, i suggest you give this a try!
