I currently live on a dead end street in the city and Time Warner Cable is my only option for high speed internet. I pay for a certain about of speed and yet when I do they test on my phone it is never even near the amount I am paying for. I also pay for whole house yet the whole back of my house is a dead zone and when I contact them about it, they told me my only option was to buy another route and open a second service with them.

We have had this service for over a year now, they are not a good service I pay 227 dollars a month for very few channels and the service is always going out we have had repairs about five times and nothing gets better I also have friends and family with there service and they have the same problems so I would not recommend time warner to anyone!!

I am a customer and have been for many years! The price is constantly rising and they are losing lots of channels access. I also believe they have lied about the internet speeds because we have an all in one package and the internet speeds are ridiculously slow. When I call and ask why my bill is so high they tell me prices have gone up and dont offer me anything else. I've asked about getting cheaper packages and their response is always the same. We dont have any cheaper packages for what your looking for, then they rely to offer me more.

I love the internet service but the cable is really basic for the price and it's not cheap. I only get some of the channels I like and they don't work sometimes.

I have been with Spectrum (before it was Time Warner) for as long as I can remember. We constantly were having our channels get mixed up and every month it seem like the rate was raising. We cut the cord and got rid of cable but we had to keep Internet as that is our only choice. We have the highest rated Internet and still lag with 2 phones and one game using it. I've called customer service and a lot of times the people I talk to have such a thick accent I can't understand them and they can't understand me. I wish I was not stuck with them.

When they were still Time Warner, I noticed a lot of issues; channels not working, bad customer service, phone issues, internet issues, etc. Since they've become Spectrum, I have no issues at all! The only time my TV went out from a storm, they gave me a coupon for a free movie rental. My only complaints are that the internet lags occasionally, and that they use contracts.

I like to always see the best in things, but, unfortunately, I honestly have not had a good experience with Time Warner. We have had them for 16 years, because we have no other choice where we live. The cable goes out constantly, the screen pixelate, the DVR never works, movies stop working before you get to the end, and I could just go on and on and on. They have raised our price three times in 3 months. The internet speed is so slow, despite the fact that we pay for the turbo boost. It constantly freezes up, or we simply cannot even get online. They send technicians out who can never figure out what is wrong with it. On a positive note, the technicians are very polite and friendly, which is good, because they have to come here so frequently!
